Something about the world these days makes a little self care and self massage 💆 increasingly necessary. The first Saturday of every month with Ada Lusardi is always Yin and Myofascial Release (using massage balls). We will be there letting the world melt away from our bodies for just a little while. Join us! Saturday, November 3, 8-10am at Namaste Berkeley, use your class pass, membership, or drop-in!

Doing some last minute homework in preparation for the 8th and final seminar of the Seeing and Understanding Bodies series that I have been taking with @adalusardi and Gay White at @yogaroomberkeley over the last year. This series led me deep into my own personal practice, sharpened my senses, and deepened my understanding of my own unique body. It sharpened my eye so I can see my students more clearly and compassionately. I feel better equipped to support them in their practices than I did 10 months ago. That being said, this experience also revealed how much I still have to learn and integrate. Deep bows to and the utmost respect for my wise teachers. Thank you for leading the way and passing on these teachings.
