Don’t EVER let the world crush your tenderness….
Don’t ever let it steal your Mercy or Humility…
Dont EVER let fear put out your fire….
Dont let ANYONE ever tell you you’re not good enough…
Dont ever stop letting me kiss your eyelids….
And NEVER EVER stop knowing how madly I’m in love with you….OR HOW BEAUTIFUL God made you!!!!

I’m not gonna be able to tell you what not to do for very much longer but I can’t wait to keep being your best friend and watching you grow into the GORGEOUS Oaktree God created you to be.
Rest in his Mighty Hands while he molds and makes you.
Be the Clay.
He’s the Potter.
Damn I love you so much.
You are just getting starting my beautiful boy.

Worship 10 am Sundays @warehousenorfolk where we seek God’s presence and He comes and His glory falls. I love having my prophetic art on display there including this piece inspired by a vision of God’s manifest glory falling in gold. @lisawrightstudio #propheticart #worship #godspresence #gloryofgod #golddust

We have been broken in more places than I can count, and healed in even more.
You’re still the wisest man I know.
The first person I wanna talk to.
The only one I really like to hang out with.
The one who’s taught me the most about who God really is……and who he’s not.
The one that makes me laugh the hardest…..and probably cry the hardest too.
I hate so many things about you but have never loved somebody more.
Who would I be without all your gentle and angry rebukes….
And I literally can’t imagine where I’d be without all of the years of grace.
May we all learn to love like you @adamcates
Be kind like you.
Apologize like you.
Not make a name for yourself like you.
See the deeper things of the Kingdom like you.
Admit when we’re wrong like you.
Not give in to the crowd like you.
Be loyal like you.
Hold your ground like you.
Put your family first like you do.

I’d do it all over again with you.
Over and over and over with you.

This week marks three whole years since Jerry Cates stepped into eternity with Jesus. We are so grateful for his life and legacy as a true Father in the Faith to so many people over the course of his life. He lived to encourage and champion others to seek and worship God with passion and sincerity and to believe that God could do the impossible. He taught us that the “stairway down is the ladder upward” in the Kingdom of Heaven. He would rather serve than be served and spent more time discipling ordinary people one on one than he did at leadership conferences or church growth strategy meetings. He was a Knight at Heaven’s Round Table and practiced the wisdom and weakness of prayer and fasting. We honor you Jerry Cates and we are challenged to take up the mantle you left and kindle the flame of worship in our hearts till it becomes a raging fire 🔥 🙌🏼❤️
