📣 I said what I said 🙅‍♀️

Come with me on this new chapter of building a better Harriet. 16 weeks ago I had mastopexy/BA cosmetic surgery. This is my recovery journey, and becoming the strongest I’ve ever been. For myself, my family, my friends, and my future. Because believe it or not, the way you live has a knock-on effect on those around you. Some people are radiators, some are drains… you get to choose which you wanna be. Harriet Harmon 2.0, let’s go 🤪🚀

Strength is a holistic thing, not just aesthetics. My future is more important than being thin. My body isn’t a trend. Neither is my brain. 🧠

Bone density is sexy. Independence at 80? Baddie energy 💅

A body that lets me explore the world… not one I’m afraid to fuel 🚀

You can’t PR with an empty belly, mind or heart. You also can’t win international Gold medals for your country. Need I say more? 🎳🤪🥇🏆

We can’t do hard things without hardcore nutrition. Standing on business. 🤝

Dusty calories = dusty bodies. Fuelling mine so I can do cool AF things with my friends by my side.
