Indonesian flavours in focaccia?! 🇮🇩🥪

Finally tried Ada’s Affair in Glebe and we loved how they put an Indonesian twist on their focaccias!!

We tried the Soto Ayam, Ayam Geprek and Babi Guling, but the Soto Ayam was definitely our fave!! So packed with flavour, especially when you dip it into the warm broth 🤤

Ayam Geprek came in second for us!! The sauce and sambal dip gave it that extra kick 🌶️ Babi Guling was also so good with its layers of meat and tangy sauce!!

And don’t skip the Es Kopiko!! Our fave drink of the day ☕🤎

Always love supporting Indonesian-owned businesses 🫶🏻

Save this for your next weekend brunch!! 🤍

ExploreTheFlavour Daun 🍃 Teishoku No 2+ by @adasaffair & @davidguntoro

Its very unique and Flavoursome combination Indo-Japanese taste which balance the flavour especially with the hit of Chilli Garlic Onion @icooking_au.
Great texture of Mochi Klepon done by @ieatsweet and to have it after meal was just deliver to perfection.

Well done Chef and team who deliver such a lift-up dish. #RePlated #+TakeHome
