I recently had my brand photography shoot with @adasgold_ I was so nervous before my shoot, I've never particularly liked having my photo taken. I’ve always thought selfies were better as you can choose the camera angle. Adas put me totally at ease within minutes, and then completely blew me away with her ideas for my brand. She gets me. She understood the ADHD side, the personality, the mix of professional and playful I needed, and it shows in every single image. There are serious ones, silly ones, and ones that capture exactly what it feels like inside my head on a chaotic day. All of them are me. Here's the bit that got me: I've never had a shoot where I've looked at the photos and seen myself the way I think I look. That's never happened before. Adas is genuinely the best at what she does 💜

Adas has worked her magic once again. ✨ As someone whose business is built around personal branding, it’s so important for people to see me, not just a logo. Building trust starts with showing up authentically, and that’s exactly what these photos help me do. Ada’s has such a talent for capturing personality and making you feel completely at ease in front of the camera. If you’re looking to elevate your personal brand and invest in images that genuinely reflect who you are, I can’t recommend @adasgold enough. 🤍

What actually is a Personal Estate Agent? 🤍 It’s a question I used to get asked all the time… “But how do buyers find you?” “Where do your applicants come from?” “If you’re not on the high street, how will people see my home?” And do you know what… they were all really fair questions. When I started nearly two years ago, the idea of a personal estate agent was still quite new. Fast forward to today, and I don’t get asked those questions anywhere near as much. Instead, I hear things like… “I love that I can just WhatsApp you.” “It’s so nice knowing who’s actually dealing with my sale.” “Thank you for answering your phone on a Sunday!” And that’s exactly why I do what I do. I didn’t start my business because I wanted to sell more houses. I started it because I wanted to look after people differently. Do I work long hours? Absolutely. Do some days test me? Definitely. Sales fall through, chains collapse, mortgages expire, and there are days when I drive home thinking, “What the F!!! ?” 🤣 But then I get to hand a family the keys to their new home, or I get a message saying, “Thank you, you’ve been amazing.” And I remember exactly why I do what I do, and why I started. Being a personal estate agent isn’t about having a shop window. It’s about being there when your clients need you. It’s about knowing every detail of their home, every twist and turn of their sale, and being the person they can call or WhatsApp whenever they need me. For me, estate agency has never just been about property. It’s always been about people. And honestly… I wouldn’t have it any other way. 🤍 Victoria x P.s music not relevant, but I’m a 90’s girl who still likes to remember her clubbing days 🤣🤣 Photo courtesy of the wonderful Adas @adasgold_

Events like these don’t just happen in a day; they are a true labour of love. 🦓 Behind the scenes, we dedicate hours to making sure every detail is right: from the strategic table planning and the menu to the speakers, the decor, and that unmistakable energy that carries us through the day. We obsess over the small things because we know they create the big moments. Of course, none of this would be possible without our brilliant business partners and the incredible local community that shows up for us time and time again. We have built the stage and curated the experience. All you have to do is be in that room with us. If you haven’t already, come and grab your seat! Early bird ticket sale ends this week! What a way to start the week! A morning of guest speaking and connecting with some incredible businesses, at the lovely @heistmarket Thank you so much to Holly @nourishme.wellness for inviting me as your guest 🥰 it’s been a while since I’ve stood in front of a room like that, but once I got over the nerves, I loved every minute. Huge thanks to all the amazing businesses who attended and for being so supportive. It was fantastic to connect with so many of you, and the room was absolutely buzzing with ideas. I hope you all took something valuable from today’s conversations. Let this be your reminder: step out of your comfort zone because you’re more capable than you think. Chelsee 🫶🏼

Most people here know MARS, but not necessarily the person behind it. I’m Martial, a web designer and digital marketing consultant, and I run MARS from Eastbourne. I work with businesses that want their online presence to generate real enquiries and opportunities. That can mean designing and building websites, improving visibility on Google, running ad campaigns, or fixing what isn’t performing. Often, it’s a combination. Originally from France, I spent 11 years in California before moving to the UK, based in Los Angeles and collaborating with businesses locally and across the US. That experience shaped how I approach my work today, with a strong focus on delivering a meaningful return on investment for the businesses I work with. I’ve since traded the west coast of California for the Sunshine Coast of England, and now work with businesses locally and internationally, applying that same experience here. Eastbourne is home. Outside of work, I’m usually with my family, on a rugby pitch somewhere in Sussex, or enjoying a good bottle of wine. Martial #EastbourneBusiness #WebDesignUK #SEOExpert #DigitalMarketingUK
