BOYS DON’T SLEEP EDITORIAL. A Nigerian boy, stuck between who he is, who society says he is, and who he knows he could become. This collection follows the psychological journey of a young man chasing his dream while carrying the weight of everything else: money, masculinity, expectations, anxiety, ambition, love, grief, doubt, sacrifice and the pressure of being. And more importantly, being Nigerian & in Nigeria. BOYS DON’T SLEEP is bigger than staying up late. This dream doesn’t let you sleep. Wide awake thinking about your future. You calculate. You compare. You think about who you lost. You wonder if you’re wasting your time. You imagine what you could become. You wake up. You do it again. And again, And again.
