Back to my roots 🤠👑

Had a great time this weekend judging the Shenandoah fair pageant!! This weekend was full of fun reunions being able to judge alongside my previous fair director from back in the day, along with making memories with my mamma who also got to judge a few of the divisions.

Thank you so much @tpnewland for having us!! It was an honor to be a part of the judging panel!

Teddy Bear Deliveries!! 🧸🩷

It was yet another incredible experience and time being able to see these sweet women doing a hard but fulfilling job.

The best part was being able to meet new people and share Kadance’s story with them. I’m thankful to be a part of carrying on her legacy and believe that each bear that is delivered is impacting so many children out there. Each bear was prayed over and delivered to Safe Spot & Lincolnton Child Advocacy Centers 🩷

If you’d like to help donate or find a way to deliver your own bears, feel free to reach out to me and I can help you get connected!

A couple weeks ago I had the absolute honor to share a message at Genuine’s Choose Kind Camp. This group of young girls ranged from 9 to 14 years old and I got to speak to all of them about who they are. We deep dived into understanding our identity and where that is found, knowing it is in Christ. It was such a special experience to minister to these girls, and praying that the Lord would speak through me to them at least one thing they needed to hear and could remember. We also used reflective journals to take notes then later paint for them to keep for the entire week of camp.
A strong reminder for everyone, though, is that everyone is going through some kind of comparison, world without Jesus, or struggling to find their identity. It broke my heart to see all hands raised when asking if they want to be someone else, compare themselves, or idolize their flaws. Remember that God calls us His daughters and we are children of the King. Nothing else can compare to the identity that He has given us and woven in us.

Thank you @genuineyouthministry & @genuinewomencommunity for having me, and surprising me with a little birthday treat🤍
