On a multi-let site, the best amenities are the ones people actually use.

Q3 at Exchange Quay: wellness centre visits up 16% on Q2, membership up 46% since Q4 2025, and attendance up every month of the quarter.

Classes and on-site services bring people in, and the centre keeps them coming back. That’s real value for every occupier on the estate.

Most people don’t feel unwell until something has already gone wrong. That’s why health checks matter.

At UR Wellbeing, our health checks have picked up early warning signs that people didn’t know were there. Those findings led to interventions, and some of them have saved lives.

A health check also gives people a clear starting point. Many of the people we’ve screened went on to follow our structured plan, and they’re now moving more and building habits that last.

You can’t change what you don’t know about. Awareness comes first, then action.

Want to know where you stand? Message us or tap the link in our bio to book a health check.

You can’t out-train loneliness. 💬

This World Mental Health Day, the theme is Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change. Real change starts with one person being willing to listen.

We see it in our gym every week. The member who almost didn’t come in, but someone said “come on, we’ve got you.” The training partner who notices you’re quiet and asks, “you good?” The team that stays until the last person finishes.

Connection isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s what holds us up when things get heavy.

So today:
→ Message someone you haven’t heard from in a while
→ If they say “fine,” ask again: “No, how are you really?”
→ Then listen properly

Strong people don’t do it alone. Together, we’re stronger. 🤝

Tag someone who’s always shown up for you 👇

Your team is your biggest asset. Are you supporting them like it?

At UR Wellbeing, we bring health and wellbeing straight to your workplace.

✅ **Health awareness**: helping staff understand what’s affecting their energy, stress and mood, and what to do about it before it becomes a bigger problem.

✅ **Group training**: sessions that get teams moving together, building fitness, confidence and stronger connections between colleagues.

✅ **Educational workshops**: practical, easy-to-apply learning on the habits that shape wellbeing at work and beyond.

When people feel well, they show up differently.

Better focus. Better communication. Better teams.

Wellbeing isn’t a perk. It’s a foundation. 💪

Wellbeing pays back. 📈

Looking after your team isn’t a cost. It’s an investment, and the research backs it up 👇

😊 13% more productive: in an Oxford study of around 1,800 BT workers, people were on average 13% more productive in weeks when they were very happy. They didn’t work more hours, they just got more done in their time.

💷 £4.70 back for every £1: Deloitte UK found employers get on average about £4.70 back in increased productivity for every £1 spent on wellbeing support.

📉 £51bn: that’s what poor mental health costs UK employers each year, and presenteeism (working while unwell) is the biggest driver.

🏃 Movement helps too: reviews of workplace exercise programmes link them to lower absenteeism and, in some studies, better work performance and productivity.

At UR Performance, we help people build strength, fitness and resilience through training, and that carries into how they show up at work. 💪

BURNOUT DOESN’T ALWAYS LOOK LIKE SOMEONE FALLING APART.

Sometimes, it looks like…

😴 Constant tiredness
Even after a full night’s sleep.

📉 Disengagement
They’re present, but not really there.

🧠 No motivation
Tasks that used to feel easy suddenly feel overwhelming.

📅 Always “busy”
Another meeting. Another deadline. Another thing to do.

🤐 Quietly withdrawing
Less conversation. Less connection. Less energy.

And because they’re still showing up…
It can be easy to miss.
Workplace wellbeing isn’t just about spotting a crisis.

It’s about creating a culture where people can speak up before they reach one.

Check in.
Create space.
Encourage movement.
Build connection.

Because prevention is better than recovery.

THE 10-MINUTE RULE ⏱️

Feeling distracted? Stuck on a task? Losing energy halfway through the day?
Don’t push through it.

Take 10 minutes. Reset. Come back sharper.

Try this during your working day:

🚶 5 minutes of movement
Take a walk, stretch, climb the stairs or simply get away from your desk.

🧠 3 minutes to reset
Step away from your screen. Take some deep breaths. Let your mind switch off.

💬 2 minutes to connect
Have a quick conversation with a colleague — preferably about something that isn’t work.

Then get back to it.
The goal isn’t to avoid work.

It’s to create a short reset that helps you return with more energy, focus and clarity.
And when teams make movement and connection part of the working day, taking a break becomes part of the culture — not something employees feel guilty about.

10 minutes. Move. Reset. Refocus.
Try it today and see how you feel.
