Adele (@adelevanderlecq) had all the ideas ready to go, but she didn’t have the software to make them a reality.

A website. Automations. Lead magnets. All the pieces she’d been meaning to build for ages, finally in one place. Quick and easy to use.

⚠️ This is your sign to stop settling for patchy, high-maintenance blonde. 🤍

This transformation took us from uneven colour and grown-out ends to a soft, seamless blonde that will grow out beautifully. ✨

The goal wasn’t just to make her blonde…
It was to create a colour that looks expensive, stays beautiful between appointments, and keeps the hair feeling healthy.

✨ Would you wear your blonde like this?

Tell me in the comments:

📩 DM me “BLONDE” and I’ll help you create a custom colour plan that suits your hair, lifestyle, and maintenance goals.

💾 Save this for your next hair appointment.
✈️ Share this with the friend who’s always saying she wants to go blonde.

Join Adele, Somatic Practitioner, for a women’s evening of coming home to your body. Through gentle somatic practices and a guided inner journey, you’ll learn simple tools to regulate your nervous system - and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that lives within you. We’ll weave this inner work together with the heat of the sauna and the cold plunge, letting the hot/cold therapy deepen what the body is already learning. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply craving time to slow down, this evening is an invitation back to yourself.

Happy Tuesday Everyone! ✌️

I’m glad we all survived that heat! (Sauna sessions are excellent training!)

We’ve got another beautiful week together on this wonderful planet in this amazing country, why not celebrate by getting sweaty together and jumping in the ocean? 🌊

We will be in our regular locations this week, the spots you know and love! ❤️‍🔥

**AND ANNOUNCING!**
Our next women’s and men’s nights!

👩 April 7th! Our next women’s night facilitator is Adele, leading the evening with a somatic practice intertwined with the sauna and the ocean.

👨‍🦰 And April 14th! Our men’s night facilitator is Denver, teaching us about engaging with our discomfort. What a perfect modality to combine with our contrast therapy.

Thank you all for the enthusiasm you bring to these sessions. I truly believe that they are something very special and uplifting for everyone involved.

We made the jump.

Not because it was easy.
Not because it was perfectly timed.

But because we trusted our vision.

We both felt the same thing.
It’s not too late to live the life we actually want.
And it felt far worse to keep postponing it than to step into the unknown.

Midlife gets called a crisis.
We saw it as a chrysalis.

A chance to downsize.
To choose an environment that matches how we want to live.
Ocean. Mountains. Space to breathe.
Less noise. More life.

Is it easy? Hell no.
Is it worth it? Hell yes.

Some days I still catch myself standing here thinking, “Is this real?”
And the best part is we’re doing it together.

So I’ll ask you this.

What’s the life you keep putting off?
What’s the vision you don’t talk about out loud?
And who’s standing beside you, willing to build it with you?

Sometimes you think you’ve found the perfect spot.
Then the wind shows up and humbles you.

@adelevanderlecq and I went looking for our “happy place” today.
Scarborough was beautiful. Powerful. And not quite it.
So we moved. Listened. Laughed. Adjusted.

That’s life too.
You don’t force happiness.
You reassess. You relocate. You settle where your nervous system exhales.

The beach.
The mountains.
Your backyard.
A quiet room with coffee and morning light.

Where in the world is your happy place right now?
And what makes it feel like home to you?

Sometimes you just have to stop.
Stand still.
Feel the air on your skin and remember there’s beauty in the world that asks nothing from you.

I’m here at Kalk Bay, watching the tidal pools breathe with the ocean… and it reminded me how much peace is always available when we actually slow down long enough to notice it.

Wherever you are today, find something beautiful.
Let it soften you.
Let it remind you who you are when the noise falls away.
