It’s in moments like these that I have to have faith and trust in the ecosystems of care, and everyone that’s embodying it. We know the world we are living in needs communal brilliance so future generations inherit a better one. We aren’t alone in the feelings of despair, of solidarity, of organizing to ensure the wellbeing of hurt community in the Middle East. And the macrocosm shows up in our own lives— how are we tending to our relatives expressing pain, sharing grief, needing joy and respite, those around us immediately and the human family hurting out of reach? Even how we care for the planet in its ever-shifting climate shape?

Many skills and energies are being used for collective healing, and I’m grateful for the ways people are showing up for justice and to prevent a genocide. For the long haul, I want to offer my voice. This is just one way I wanted to gift momentum.

In November, I’m going to put on a Care-a-oke decentralized fundraiser. On a personal level, me and my family are staring down intense hospital bills for my sister’s cancer journey and we need help to find a way through— if you tune in and feel moved, please support us with a donation! But also, I’m hoping the session inspires and reminds you to water the many places and people that need healing, whether it is relief efforts in Palestine or Sudan or people in your life that need support in some way.

Join me on IG Live in November, details TBD, as I sing a few care-a-oke songs! Thank you for loving your community and looking forward to those of you that come through to support mine ♥️

I've been listening to Night School's @nightschoolband all week. This album is one of my favorites and gets better each time I listen to it. #nightschoolband #gravefacerecords #gravefacerecordsandcuriosities

Our 3rd album, Invoke, is finally out today on bandcamp! Because of distribution issues it is not available to stream on Spotify/iTunes yet but you can hear it on bandcamp (link in bio) 💗Here’s a look at the insert for the records which are up for sale (PURPLE vinyl for you color lovers)

We’re stoked to hear what everyone thinks of the work we’ve been doing since 2020 and can’t wait to play Invoke in its entirety for the @graveface_recs fest on 10/16!

Thank you for supporting!! ⭐️
