yesterday was so special <3 i gave a one-time solo performance on piano at the @maltasocietyofarts, in collaboration with the @adfculture. we explored how the voices of the sacred feminine continue to echo through contemporary songs. on a more personal level, i will remember this experience for many years to come. somewhere along the way, i convinced myself that i should not play the piano - that i was not good enough because i am not the best pianist. and indeed, i am not the best pianist and never will be. but i may just be the best accompanist for myself and my art, and this experience proved that to me. i cannot put into words what i felt while performing. what i do know is that i fell even more deeply in love with the piano, and i know i will be playing it more and more, because it truly is one of the most beautiful ways i can express myself.

📸 Launching of the photo exhibition « Refugee and Reconstruction » by Martin Betrand @veulfotografiou 🖼️ Last Sunday, the Embassy of France in Malta together with the Archidiocese of Malta and Martin Bertrand 🇫🇷launched the exhibition « Refugee and Reconstruction », focused on migration, reconstruction, and community. 🎤 It was opened with speeches delivered by the Ambassador of France to Malta Sandrine Lelong-Motta, H.E. Bishop Galea-Curmi and by the photographer Martin Bertrand, about the meaning of this project, the creation process and the actors involved. To go see the exhibition: 📆27th of September - 25th of October ⏱️ Every morning from 9am to 12am, and Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday afternoon from 4pm to 8pm. 📍Archbishop’s Palace, Valletta —— 📸 Inauguration de l’exposition photo « Refugee and Reconstruction » par Martin Bertrand @veulfotografiou 🖼️ Dimanche dernier, l’Ambassade de France à Malte, en collaboration avec l’Archidiocèse de Malte et Martin Bertrand 🇫🇷, a inauguré l’exposition « Refugees and Reconstruction », consacrée aux thèmes de la migration, de la reconstruction et de la communauté. 🎤L’inauguration a été marquée par les discours de l’Ambassadrice de France à Malte, Sandrine Lelong-Motta, de Son Excellence l’évêque Galea-Curmi et du photographe Martin Bertrand, qui ont évoqué la signification de ce projet, son processus de création et les acteurs impliqués.
