clear your calendar, because there’s a 34-foot Catrina in Fruitvale and she is breathtaking💀✨

@the_unity_council is taking over Fruitvale Village in Oakland on October 17 & 24 from 12 to 4 PM. It’s 100% free to show up, hang out, and catch the live performances and family activities.

pro-tip: come hungry and ready to shop! while the event itself is free, the local food vendors and artisan booths are definitely going to tempt you, so come ready to treat yourself and support local makers🌮🛍️

bring your friends, bring the kids, and come soak up the culture! who’s meeting us there?

A new chapter in our Pilates journey 🔥

I’m so excited to officially introduce Inferno Hot Pilates and bring this training to AdF studio. Inferno blends Pilates principles with high-intensity intervals in a heated room—so you can expect focused, full-body movement, strength work, and of course the freedom to move at your own pace.

I’ve completed both Level 1 and Level 2 Inferno training, and I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned with our community. I’m so grateful to Gabi @hotpilatesgirl @infernohotpilates for being such an amazing mentor and for guiding me through this journey as I continue to remain a student. 🙏🏽

This is just the beginning. Come move with me! @adfstudiopilates

I mean… if I’m going to put in the work, I’d like the dramatic reaction too.

Motherhood changed a lot of things, but apparently one of my goals is still making people say:

“WAIT… YOU HAVE TWO KIDS?!”

Call it vanity. I call it motivation.

Pilates session at @adfstudiopilates in Berkeley, CA — and yes, the shake was very real.

A little wellness reset in Oakland 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

Quick shoutout to my new friend Marissa for inviting me to experience ADF Studio with her! 💕 We tried Pilates + a sound bath at their College Avenue location, and it was such a peaceful way to slow down and take care of both your body & mind.

ADF offers Reformer + Mat Pilates, Barre-Lates, hot mat, infrared saunas, cold plunges, sound baths + even a matcha bar! 🍵

✨ Drop-in classes are $37 if you want to come try it for yourself!
