Bit by bit day by day the plan is coming together! @_sugz_ we are doing it LFG! Cardio up a little, macro’s down a little energy ebs and flow with carbs and caffeine but focus is 10000% locked in. 4+ weeks to the first show and 6+ to worlds. It’s time to get nasty lean! #naturalbodybuilding #openbodybuilding #naturalbodybuilder #wnbf #showprep

Thank you to the people I look up to, compete with and push me to be better. I appreciate your time, words of motivation and watching you all win in your competitions 🫡. This gym lighting was on point but I definitely need a tan 🤷‍♂️. #naturalbodybuilding #thankful #skysthelimit #bettereveryday #wnbfpro

10 weeks out check in. Just a pale 46 y/o man in his backyard with a camera in his underwear 🤷‍♂️😂. Body is feeling good weight is hovering after a few drops. Slow and steady is the plan trying to keep as much muscle while pulling fat and pealing things back. Starting to get the hungry feeling more and at night. Sleep has been ok and energy levels are good. Still a lot of time and things to peal back but @_sugz_ has me in a great place and I’m very happy with this season prep. #naturalbodybuilding #openbodybuilding #wnbfpro #ocbpro #2026prep

12 weeks out check in. This last year I really was unhappy with what I brought. It was not my best for a multitude of reasons but that’s life. Last year I started with @_sugz_ late in the season and gave him a lot of small issues to overcome. He did awesome and we were able to recover but not enough to really show what I wanted. This year I have had a full off season with him that really felt good. At 46 I’m learning new things about how to rehab and mobility that I never had to think about before. I’ve learn that rest is almost if not just as important as training and diet. Last year I met some really awesome competitors and if you are tagged in this it’s because I appreciate you. Some of you I have known and followed for years, some I’ve only know a short time or met a handful of times. But I see all of you out there competing or coaching and you give me a lot of inspiration, so thank you. Thank you for the motivation and I wish all of you have a great season. For now this is 12 weeks out and this year will be better than the last! It’s not about a win it always been about bringing my personal best. I’m thankful and blessed for another day to try and be better. #naturalbodybuilding #openbodybuilding #wnbf #wnbfpro #2026season

Day by day workout by workout. Life has been busy the past few months. The gym has always been my place quiet the noises and outside stress. Somedays I don’t get my workouts in, some days I miss a meal and it gets to me. But life doesn’t stop for anyone and it’s about consistency and doing the best you can. Some days or weeks that may look different it may be a missed meal or a shorter workout. But as long as you keep working it will all work out. At 45 I’m still learning this but I’m working everyday. #naturalbodybuilding #offseason #consistencyiskey #dontgiveuponyourself #findyourpeace your

To say this is awe inspiring would be an understatement. Never in my life did I think I would travel from California to compete with some world class athletes. After I took a 9 year break from the stage and now in my third year back to competing. I was able to earn pro cards in federations I have always wanted to this last year. Now in my first pro show and next the @wnbf_musclemayhem for my pro debut there and the @wnbfworlds. I can say I’m at my best and well it only took me 45 years I’m very grateful. I’m thankful for all the support from too many people to mention. I’m thankful for my family and my two sons Hunter and August. Even though I’m far away from them they are always with me and drive me to be better. I’m thankful for @_iam_that_genevieve and for her support, coming all this way to be here for me. Life is funny, one day you think you know the plan and then god tells you no I have a different path for you. It’s a wild ride but I’m truly blessed to be here, be healthy and be able to compete with some true giants in this sport. Good luck to everyone tomorrow I’m thankful to share a stage with you all. #naturalbodybuilding #openbodybuilding #antoniosmothers #naturalbodybuilder #wnbf #wnbfpro #ocbpro #showprep #blessed #thankful #histimenotmine

Details, the devil is always in the details. But waking up like this shows me I’m track and I feel great. Very excited to see what I bring to the @mr.america_official stage but we are on track to be my best ever. Then my WNBF Pro debut Bob and Tina Bells @wnbf_musclemayhem with the goal of getting the invite to @wnbfworlds to complete my season. It’s a big year for my coach @antonio_smothers with his Olympia debut as well but the future is bright and possibility’s are endless. #naturalbodybuilding #sacramentofitness #folsomfitness #openbodybuilding #nga #antoniosmothers #naturalbodybuilder #showprep #wnfbpro #ocbpro #blessed #2025season #headdowneyesup #thankfulheart❤️

17 days out and feeling good. Still pealing back layers and making small improvements. Dialing everything in with @antonio_smothers. Even after a hard leg day yesterday still showing definition….maybe is the lighting 🤷🏻‍♂️. Side legs getting crispy and hams coming in nicely. #naturalbodybuilding #sacramentofitness #folsomfitness #openbodybuilding #nga #antoniosmothers #naturalbodybuilder #wnbfpro #ocbpro #showprep #keeppushingforward #letsgooooo #focused #prodebut #thankful #allgasnobrakes

Another Monday and another check in. Posing after leg day and I felt good but shaky. Honestly there are days my body feels heavy and like I’m carrying around lead weights. But even through all that my workouts have been great even though they kick my butt @antonio_smothers. If you want to achieve something you’ve never had you have to push harder than you ever have. Weight is dropping but by bit and more details come out daily. It’s pretty crazy to see the improvements even with small tweaks. My body’s doing what we ask and responding great. My stress and sleep has its ups and downs but that’s life and even with that my digestion is holding up great. Definitely excited to step on the @mr.america_official and see what I can do. Then it’s @wnbf_musclemayhem to make it official pro debut with the WNBF and try to get an invite to the @wnbfworlds. I’m thankful for all my friends, family and people close to me for the support. #naturalbodybuilding #sacramentofitness #folsomfitness #openbodybuilding #nga #antoniosmothers #naturalbodybuilder #showprep #wnbfpro #ocbpro #moreworktobedone #headdowneyesup #2025showprep #pushittothelimit #allgasnobrakes #letsgooooo
