Meet Zaira, a San Diego aerial dancer who has soared to new heights. Today, she engaged in a session involving the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair – all exercises that are part of the BASI Comprehensive Program. Rael and Zaira embarked on a Pilates journey, delving deeper into movement and spirit.

Good bye San Diego❤️ I write this with a mix of emotions. Excitement for my future and sadness for all I leave behind. I am so lucky I got to call these people my friends and family. Holy shit my heart is so full❤️ To my friends who I built real connections with, who proved they had my back no matter what, I love you so much and your spot in my heart is locked in! To my beautiful students who inspired me to always be my best and encourage them to believe in themselves, I’m just so lucky to be a positive part of your lives. To @aerialrevolution which became my home and a wonderful place of physical exploration, I will always praise this place and the community that exists there. My wings are ready to fly and live new experiences but I just want you to know the impact this place had on my life and soul❤️🎪❤️

Today is for every woman in this world - intersectionally. 🙌🏽 For all women from cis to trans, across classes, cultures and races, women of all bodies, orientations, beliefs and visions. 🎆 When we remember that we have each other, we rise together.

I’m reaching my awareness beyond social media to those that could use amplification for their voices. 📢 In my bio is a link to a great article by @mental_floss detailing 15 different global women’s empowerment organizations. Even without donating $$$, these are important (and interesting!) organizations to read up on.

On a personal level, I’m celebrating the magnificent, brilliant, beautiful and powerful women in my life. 💜 Good Goddess, what a fortune it is to know you all.
