Dynamic cupping is a quick, effective tool that your PT can use or that you can perform yourself. Watch here and read more below ↓ Dynamic cupping brings healing blood flow and creates a distraction force through the connective tissues that surround your muscles and joints. We use this suction plus the continuous motion to restore movement through tense or painful areas of the body. Try it in your PT session– your therapist can also teach you how to perform dynamic cupping on yourself at home!

We loved partnering with the dancers, gymnasts, and staff @balancedanceatlanta to focus on what keeps them doing what they love: staying healthy, strong, and performing at their best! 🩰🤸‍♀️💪 During the workshop, we discussed key factors that influence injury risk and performance—including nutrition, sleep, recovery, and mental health. We also worked through targeted strength and flexibility drills and addressed common movement concerns highlighted in recent judges’ feedback for both dancers and gymnasts. Thank you to the incredible artistic athletes and staff @balancedanceatlanta for a great session! #dancemedicine #gymnasticsmedicine #injuryprevention #artisticathlete #physicaltherapy

What a night! Terminus Fête 2026✨ ADM had the privilege of being a sponsor of this magical event this year. Our team attended in support of an incredible organization — made up of dancers, performers, teachers, choreographers, and faithful donors & patrons of the arts — that extends deep into our Atlanta arts community and beyond! We are so proud to work with @terminusmbt and to have witnessed their continued growth over the last several years. We are also thankful to TMBT for valuing us and trusting our team— it means the world to us!🤍🫶 BRAVO to such a successful evening! 👏
