Every time I teach the Ekong Noh dance, I’m reminded why I created it.
It’s not just about movement — it’s about memory, love, and honoring our mothers.

Huge thanks to Stephanie of @afrobeatburnup, in that room, we laughed, we learned, and we felt something bigger!

This dance is my love letter to every woman who’s ever carried a child, a home, or a dream. 💛
