Woof…took a little longer than expected to get this one out! But the B.S is in the bag! Alumnus status acquired! Some other alliteration!

I’m so grateful to say that I’ve reached this point! I’m thankful to everyone in my graduating class, and all my professors for sticking with me through the craziness. Cheers! And stay tuned for the next level!

"The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members."

In my recent IG live, I spoke on how confident people regularly celebrate themselves. They don’t wait for the big moments, they know how to acknowledge their progress and journey along the way.

So today, I’m relishing in how powerful this day was - to bring multiple communities into one space, uplifting the AAPI narrative and taking creative risks, all while doing it with people I love and care about.

What are you celebrating today!?

Our third of four CONFIDANCE experiences with @thelaurendevera is tonight at 8P in Georgetown!

Attendees have described it as “healing” and “dance therapy”. Not your typical workshop - come with a notebook, pen, dress comfy and be ready to shift your energy!

A few spots left for tonight! Link in bio. There is a free gated parking lot.

See you tonight!

Graphic Design & Icon Design ✨

This summer I took a visual communication course and in my favorite assignment we had to design a system of icons about ourselves, 4 inspiring figures and 5 secondary icons related to each person. The project was based on a career path and as a creative who is also passionate about health wellness I decided to fuse the two. The last slide was my inspo board!

Lauren Nixon✨: Her wellness workshops were my first steps on my health journey and led me to two black owned farms in DC, @3phfarm being one of them I've worked with for maybe 6 years now. With friends from the farm I took my 1st yoga classes, hot yoga.

Alex Elle✨: Being a huge overall inspiration for how I live my life and let's me know what's possible as a woman, a mother, an entrepreneur, a facilitator, an artist and a speaker.

Tirumalai Krishnamacharya✨: Father of Modern Yoga. "Inhale, and God approaches you. Hold the inhalation and God remains with you. Exhale, and you approach God. Hold the exhalation, and surrender to God."

Louise Hay✨: On a rough day, go to YouTube, type in Louise Hay 101 Power thoughts, I often listen while driving, and just soak in the positivity.

Work I'm super proud of 💕✨🦋
