I bought this pulley back in 2021/2022 when I was doing PR❌workouts, and here I am a year later back at using it again.🔥

Fitness doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes the best equipment is the one you actually use consistently.😍

Here’s to showing up, staying consistent, and getting stronger one workout at a time. 💪✨

This week wasn’t perfect…

✅ Workout
🏓 Pickleball
✅ Workout
❌ Missed 2 days

But today, I showed up.

I’m learning that consistency isn’t about being perfect—it’s about getting back up every time you fall off.

If you’re starting over too, this is your sign to keep going. ❤️🙏

Like @supafitwoman_gt said, “we are giving ourselves Grace!” Thank u Jesus❤️🙏🏼

Energy is Everything

Thanks again to everyone who came out this morning for our Memorial Day community workout.

An epic morning with a packed house and unbelievable energy, which is always a great reminder of why I do what I do as a coach.

With the over $600 we raised this morning for @compassiondelivered we are able to provide up to 12 weeks of meals for one meal recipient that we serve.

The mission continues…

Thank You to Our Community! @olysportsperformance

A huge thank you to everyone who showed up and donated during our Memorial Day Community Workout! Your energy, generosity, and commitment to moving with purpose made this morning something truly special.

All proceeds from today’s workout are going to Compassion Delivered, helping provide healthy meals to individuals battling life-threatening illnesses. We’re proud to support such an incredible mission alongside all of you.

If you missed it but still want to give back, visit www.compassiondelivered.org to donate.
