For me, sensuality is the art of slowing down and fully experiencing the present moment. Scent accompanies me in this every day, and MYSTICAL SEX is one of my favourites.

You know we both love festivals, right? This is where we met, and this is why festivals have such a special place in our lives. Music, nature, dancing and those little moments that stay with you long after the weekend is over.

This weekend, we are joining @leconfetticlubberlin by the lake, not far from Berlin, with ILO products that feel made for this kind of setting. Close to nature, close to music and to the small rituals that make a gathering feel even more special. Saturday’s program also includes Aga’s concert, which makes it even more special for us.

Statement 📣🩷

We don’t want to live only online. We want to be offline too, in nature, among trees, with people who feel the same way.

Maybe we should have been more present here, especially right after our website relaunch. Instead, we did something else: we took some time for ourselves and went to a festival. Because our pace is the pace of the heart. Not too fast. Good things do not happen in a rush.

We needed this time to be together, breathe and feel even more clearly what ILO really is. Now we are back with open hearts and we invite you into our world, a world of beautiful things, small breaks for life, imperfections and something very real.

Landing smoothly after @medicinefestival , with my heart wide open and feeling deeply grateful to have been part of the magic makers this year as the Wisdom Carrier Liaison.
.
It was an intense week of never-ending missions, troubleshooting, logistics and a lot of dedicated heart work, all to support the Wisdom Carriers in bringing their offerings, teachings and prayers into existence. There was A LOT happening behind the scenes but at the end all came together. When the people on stage can simply focus on sharing their medicine, there is usually a whole world of invisible work making that possible. And I loved being part of that.
.
I got to work with the most amazing humans and the most fab, go-getter team, people who never fell short on kindness, commitment, humour and dedication. Grateful for each of you.
.
I didn’t see much of the festival itself. Instead, I spent my days with the Wisdom Carriers, getting to know them beyond their roles on stage. What a gift.
.
Medicine Festival brings together people from many different lands, cultures and Indigenous traditions: from the Kogi, Shipibo, Yawanawa, Mayan and Mexican traditions, to Aboriginal Australian healers,African wisdom keepers, Celtic and earthbased lineages and many other paths of remembering.
.
Different languages.
Different ceremonies.
Different rites of passage.
Different ways of relating to spirit.
.
And yet, underneath all those differences, I kept hearing the same questions:
•How do we live in right relationship with the Earth?
•How do we care for one another?
•How do we give back?
•How do we remember that we are part of nature, rather than separate from it?
.
On my very last ride, taking some of the Wisdom Carriers to their taxis, I asked:
“What is the secret of life, if you only had one minute to answer?”
Some answers:
•Believe. Create. Happiness & love.
•Find peace within yourself & for your land.
•Have gratitude for the little moments, then weave them together like jewels that brighten your path.
•Unity, conformity and harmony can allow us to live close together while still being free like the wind.
•Successfully negotiating the journey between grief & joy.
