We’ll never say no to a great networking event! 🤩

HMG+ was proud to staff the @bestvenuesgroup & @wewillcure Showcase, bringing together hospitality professionals for an evening of meaningful conversations, inspiring ideas, and wellness-focused experiences.

From custom tea blends ☕️ and honey tastings🍯 to seasonal cocktails🍸, incredible cuisine🍽️, and rooftop networking 🗯️, every detail created opportunities to connect with fellow event professionals.

A highlight of the evening was the fireside discussion moderated by Kathryn MacGivern, featuring @shedrackw.design, @sharistea, Fernando Coelho, and Amy Bach. Their insights on wellness🧘🏻‍♀️, creativity, and hospitality sparked✨ thoughtful conversations that continued well beyond the panel.

We were also excited to have members of both HMG+ and @ahaexcellence in attendance, including Michael DiPeri and Karen DiPeri, as well as AHA’s Training & Development Manager, Jacob Pressley, and Learning Solutions Manager Ginger Guin, Ph.D. Connecting with fellow hospitality professionals, sharing ideas, and continuing to learn from one another is what events like these are all about.

Thank you to Best Venues Group, Cure., and all of the incredible partners for bringing the hospitality community together!

How much of your day is spent juggling staffing challenges, recruiting needs, training initiatives, and operational gaps?

Hospitality leaders are expected to do it all. But they shouldn't have to do it alone.

Through the KinOra ecosystem, organizations gain access to:
✓ Hospitality Staffing through HMG+
✓ Recruiting & Talent Acquisition through Acquire Hospitality
✓ Training & Development through AHA

Three specialized solutions. One connected partner.

What would you take off your plate first?

There comes a point where growth becomes something more than expansion—it becomes clarity.

Over time, what we’ve built has evolved into something greater than any one service.

Today, we’re proud to introduce KinOra—a connected ecosystem of hospitality services designed to support every stage of the experience.

Through HMG+ (staffing), Acquire Hospitality (recruitment), and the Academy for Hospitality Arts (training), we continue to deliver the same level of excellence you know—now with greater alignment and purpose.

This is not a change in who we are. It’s a reflection of everything we’ve built.

Welcome to KinOra.Where hospitality finds its form.

The spotlight was on excellence.

The SP Awards portion of the evening recognized the service professionals who consistently raise the standard — through preparation, poise, and unwavering professionalism.

Each award presented reflected not only individual achievement, but the collective strength of a community committed to growth.

We were especially proud to highlight members of the AHA @ahaexcellence Captains Development Program (CDP), whose dedication to leadership and continued training represents the future of hospitality.

When excellence is cultivated, it deserves to be celebrated.

A wonderful way to step into the holiday season.

The Society For Hospitality and Foodservice Management (@shfmgmt ) Holiday Party was a great opportunity to reconnect with industry peers, strengthen existing relationships, and make new connections to carry into the year ahead.

Thank you to @restaurant_associates for the beautiful space and delicious bites that set the tone for a memorable evening.

Grateful for moments that celebrate community, collaboration, and the hospitality industry we’re proud to be part of.

This month, we shine a light on causes that matter.
From Mental Health & Depression Awareness and OCD Awareness, to Domestic Violence Awareness, Breast Cancer Awareness, and Bullying Prevention, October reminds us to slow down, check in, and show compassion to those around us.
Awareness starts conversations.
Conversations create understanding.
And understanding leads to change.
Let’s continue to advocate for empathy, education, and support — in our homes, our communities, and our workplaces.

We were proud to attend the @choosechicago Partner Showcase, an annual event that brings together the city’s tourism and hospitality community to highlight new initiatives, attractions, and strategies for positioning Chicago as a premier destination.
Our team members, Kenna, Human Resources Coordinator, and Louis, Manager of Training & Development, enjoyed connecting with partners, learning about Chicago’s latest marketing efforts, and representing the HMG Family of Brands.

✨ Breakthrough moment ✨
Hi, I’m Angelo Hernandez, a hospitality professional with 10+ years of experience, countless conversations, and stories that all come back to one thing: the power of connection.
This is the start of something new: Checking In & Checking Out with Agent A.
I’ll be sharing real, unfiltered moments from my journey in hotels, events, and experiential marketing, mixing in tips, tricks, and insights from the front desk to behind the scenes.
It’s raw, it’s authentic, and it’s me using my voice to shape and inspire while navigating a career in hospitality. Consider this my check-in. 🚪✨

A team milestone ✨

After hearing @wguidara speak at the SHFM National Conference in Baltimore, we set a goal: experience the legendary Eleven Madison Park for ourselves.

This week, we finally made it happen! Under Chef @danielhumm vision, EMP continues to evolve fine dining while redefining what world-class hospitality can be. We were even treated to a special behind-the-scenes kitchen tour.

From the storytelling to the thoughtful service touches (including the gift of house-made granola tucked in a branded EMP tote), the evening was a masterclass in unreasonable hospitality.

At HMG+, and across the HMG Family of brands—including HMG+SEARCH and @ahaexcellence Academy for Hospitality Arts—this experience reinforced why service is our passion: when delivered with intention, creativity, and heart, it leaves a lasting impact
