🐢 Sometimes we forget there's a whole world beneath the surface.

Down there, nothing tries to impress. Life simply exists, flows, and reminds us how extraordinary nature is when we experience it with respect.

Swimming alongside a sea turtle was one of those moments that makes you pause, breathe, and feel grateful. The ocean owes us nothing, yet it gives us beauty, peace, and life.

May we never lose our curiosity to explore, our desire to protect what inspires us, and our courage to keep discovering this amazing world.

Life is so much bigger than what we see from the shore.

🌊 A veces olvidamos que existe un mundo entero bajo la superficie.

Allí abajo nadie compite por aparentar. Simplemente viven, fluyen y nos recuerdan lo increíble que es la naturaleza cuando la observamos con respeto.

Nadar junto a una tortuga fue uno de esos momentos que te hacen parar, respirar y agradecer. Porque el océano no nos debe nada, y aun así nos regala belleza, calma y vida.

Que nunca perdamos las ganas de explorar, de proteger lo que nos inspira y de viajar con los ojos y el corazón bien abiertos.

La vida es mucho más grande de lo que vemos desde la orilla.

🔝 For the past few weeks, I've been dealing with knee pain, and over the last week I've seriously started questioning whether I should continue this chapter or put it on hold: leave my job and go back to Spain to start all over again with doctors.

I'm still sitting with that question, giving myself time, taking pauses, and finding my way back to me.

And through all of this, I've realized that the weight I've been carrying for so many years—both my own and other people's—is enough now. Yes, this pain comes from injuries, but my pace of living at a thousand miles an hour never really slowed down. And that's my biggest reflection and lesson.

Because nothing in life happens to us, but for us. And this is happening for me to PAUSE.

So since yesterday, I've been allowing myself to simply flow, giving myself plenty of quiet moments, with no noise except nature and my own thoughts—to sort them out and find some peace.

THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE. ❤️

➡️ He estado unas semanas con dolor de rodillas y la última ya, planteándome si continuar con esta etapa o paralizarla: dejar el trabajo y volver a España a empezar con médicos ( otra vez).
Aún sigo en esa pregunta sin responder, dándome un tiempo, unas pausas, un volver a MI.
Y esto me ha llevado a darme cuenta, de que todo el soporte que he cargado en todos estos años, tanto mío como de otros, AHORA ya es suficiente. Este dolor es de lesiones si, pero mi ritmo a 1000 por hora no ha bajado y esa, es mi reflexión y aprendizaje.
Porque ni esto, ni nada en la vida ,pasa POR sino PARA algo y a mí este me viene como PARA-R.

Así que desde ayer me estoy dejando fluir y dedicándome muchos tiempos, sin ruidos, solo los de la naturaleza y mi cabeza, para ordenarla y calmarla.

💪🏽 Sometimes it doesn’t look the way you imagined… but it’s still progress 🤍

I wanted to do a handstand, but my body isn’t ready yet. And that’s okay, because I’ve also learned to listen to myself, to respect my timing, and to appreciate every small step.

Today it’s not balance on my hands… today it’s strength, patience, and a headstand that still counts 💪

It’s not about doing it perfectly, it’s about not giving up.
About adapting, continuing, believing.

Proud of what I can do today… because I know the rest will come ✨

No se trata de hacerlo perfecto, se trata de no rendirse.
