Before my head hits the pillow tonight I need to share what’s on my heart in hopes that it reaches the mothers, fathers, and caretakers of black young men. We look ahead and try to keep our eyes on the horizon for protection and help and yet, it’s okay to say “ I am scared”,”I am stacking rage upon rage”, “ I am devastated “, “ my soul is tired”, “ my son matters!”, “ I feel helpless”. We don’t generally have the space to say these things …. Let alone admit we feel them. For tonight , let yourself feel the injustice, let yourself … feel and then continue to breathe and let the horizon become clearer. Dear God, keep our precious boys safe, they are in your hand . With my love, breathe sis, breathe brotha. 🤎🖤 #wtfhappenedtonolanwells #justice “Breathe” by India Arie

Proud of our guy @simon_horta last night. Big TD, big return, big plays — and an even bigger heart. Only 15, with so much room to grow. The future is bright — hold your head high. Thank you @cohsfootball and all the boys for an amazing journey.
