Music is the best. Community is the best. Playing and having fun is the best 🫶🎶 For the past 3 years I’ve helped organize a welcome jam session in Sept for our psych department! Feeling a little nostalgic because if all goes to plan, this will be my last one 🥹

Beautiful time spent with beautiful people in beautiful Canada! 🏔️Canada, you have taught to never judge a country based off what you hear, but to always wait until you see the country yourself. 👁️Thank you for broadening my crosscultural understanding. Oh, and also, you taught @hanna_sick and me so much as a couple. ☺️❤️

HUGE thanks go out to @belletruttisnotinitaly for making all this possible - and not just that, but also being amazing friends that make us feel like family and that make us want to move to this country! 🇨🇦

only. God. fulfills.

over a month of backpacking all around thailand and i return having learned incredibly much about God, faith, resilience, everything - and i can once again say, traveling and seeking discomfort is an amazing teacher.

God‘s love letters in the beautiful nature, amazingly interesting, appreciative and kind people, sleeping in floating bungalows, late night 7/11 treats, huge cockroaches visiting me in my bed, food poisonings, meeting lovely locals, experiencing a real full moon party, finding nemo while scuba diving and much more, I can confidently say: I’ve had a blast!

i want to mention a few people in particular that made this trip so amazing:

@aidan.knights - phil, my man, I can’t even express in words how much I appreciate you for who you are and our vibe. you’re the funniest person with the best dad humour and at the same time, I’ve had seriously deep conversations with you where we challenged each other in our philosophy and way of thinking. i thank you sincerely for everything and look forward to meeting you one day again wherever! 💙

@ben_tp - such a shame we didn’t spend more time but you’re such a good man. I really had wholesome talks with you and I can just tell from your vibe that we match - thanks for giving me a last 20 second hug :D I really hope to see you again one day, I would 100% be down to plan a trip with you at some point :)

@lisalegrd_ and @sophiedurnerin - I think I’ve rarely met people with as much joy in life as you guys, just talking to you puts a bright smile on my face and on top of that, your sense of humour is just so amazing 😂 definitely 2 of the brightest, shiniest, most positive and joyful souls I ever met :)

and there’s so many more beautiful souls, I can’t name them all 🥺 love you all guys! ❤️

One of the best days with my dream gang🌊

A hidden gem in Pai🔥 Entry fee Thb 100 (€2.70) and you can enjoy sliding the waterfall all day. On the other side of the waterfall the views on the jungle are one of the best we’ve seen, it’s a PEFECT spot for both fun & calm ✨

If you’re ever in northern Thailand put this on your bucket list- seems scary at first but it’s way too much fun to miss 🤸🏼‍♀️ #pai #thailand #waterfall #thailandwaterfall #
