reconnecting with nature has been at the top of my priority list this year, alongside finishing passion projects (like for real i’m not kidding), collaborating more with friends, and working harder toward my professional goals than i ever have before. sometimes the pressure of it all can get so noisy. nature has always been my biggest source of inspiration when i need to find my creative spark again. and even better? having my favorite people around me to keep pushing me forward.

to you, whoever is watching, this might just look like a recap video of friends wandering through the woods. to me, it’s a mental reset. a rewire. a reminder that life is for making art, sharing good company, and building communities you can depend on, and that can depend on you too.

and if you’re craving collaboration or trying to bring something to life, let’s do it together. meeting each other where we are and pushing forward, especially in the moments that test us. ya neva know where it could land!

and….however you find your way back to nature, it has a way of meeting you exactly where you are. 💫🪞💭

never thought I’d find myself dancing in a forest at 5 AM in Canada, but it’s everything I needed. thank you shambhala for the silliest of friends, trippy vibes, and reminder of what it’s like to be free. until next year 🍄✨💗

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! My show day was so surreal. Of all the things I experienced through my first prep, my favorite part was seeing everyone who showed up for me. Hearing them cheer for me and love me for who I am was a feeling I can’t put into words ❤️

Prep is far from easy. Everyone sees the glam, but no one sees the real work. Hours spent training, doing cardio, meal prepping, posing, driving to sessions - all while maintaining a career, a side business, relationships - and that’s surface level. The mental grit you build to stay on prep for months is something you only can understand by experiencing it.

I am so proud! My goal was to challenge myself and share my best package on stage with all those I love. And thats what I did.

I placed 2nd 🥈 in true novice and I’m proud to have shared the stage with such dedicated and beautiful women.

To my coach @b_laurent_fit_ifbbpro who spent the time making sure I brought my best package to the stage, thank you!!! He was key to all my success in this prep. He genuinely cares and believes in his athletes and it shows. I am so grateful to have him in my corner.

And to @fitem_wellness you have been a great inspiration and support for me. Thank you for being in my corner and making sure I had so much confidence on stage.

Thank you @_celinehope for doing my hair and makeup. You ATE THAT UP. And for being there from beginning to end.
