Sometimes other women see our strength before we believe it ourselves. 🥹

When this room started cheering for me, it helped me push a little harder and think, “Maybe I CAN do this.”

We need women who celebrate our effort, remind us what we’re capable of, and give us room to grow. Every time we try something hard, our belief in ourselves gets a little stronger.

Find a community that cheers for you. And be the woman who cheers for someone else. 🤍

Thank you @ailani.j for being such a strength and always in relentless pursuit of greatness! @_themovementmethod_ saves me! 😭😭

Who’s a woman who helped you believe in yourself?

⚠️🚨 LONG POST ALERT 🚨⚠️

The Movement Method 😭50 classes is CRAZY WORK! But we did it!!!

“How you do anything is how you do everything.”

I’m learning who I am again. Not as a wife. Not as a mom. Just me, as a woman.

Im feeling blessed. Because I’ve found a community. A space that has become such a safe place for me. A place where I can push my body when everything inside of me hurts. Where I can turn some of that pain into something good. A place where we challenge each other, we share energy, and push each other further than we feel capable of going.

We’re reminded all the time here that we’re all going through something. Maybe it’s small. Maybe it’s unimaginable. But we don’t compare our hard. We share it and we work thru it.

For me, a huge part of healing has been learning how to be seen again. Stepping outside my comfort zone. Making eye contact. Showing up. Being present! After losing my son, even something as simple as letting people really see me has felt hard.

But I’m learning that growth doesn’t happen when everything goes to plan. It happens in the uncomfortable moments. In the little choices. In showing up when I don’t feel like it.

I NEVERRRR thought I’d find a space like this. But it feels sacred. And I’m seriously so lucky.

Life has dealt us some shitty absolutely unimaginable cards, and I’m still trying to understand the meaning in all of it.

But little by little, I’m finding myself again. I’m learning to live. To take my time. To say no. That it’s ok. And I’m finally starting to see it. I can do so much more than I ever thought I could 🥹

With all of this, I owe a special thank you to my home-team! My loves. My family! I couldn’t do this without the support of my husband and kids. They’re always building me up. Encouraging me. And TELLING me!!! How proud they are of me and I love them so damn much!

Here is to more healing. More growing. And more good! Now watch me get stronger! One day at a time! All for me and my Mita! #LLM #griefjourney #selflove #growth #healing

@empire.shp state of mind 🌃

I started working at Vivint 14 years ago and part of what made me fall in love with this company was how it treated its sales force like rockstars. As a rookie rep, I remember watching the regional managers take trips to NYC and thinking how badly I wanted to be there someday.

That was always the magic of this place. It surrounded you with people doing big things and made you believe you could too. That belief pushed me to dream bigger, become more and surround myself with people who wanted the same. A lot of people have come and gone since then. A lot has changed since I started working here. And plenty have wondered if that magic is still here…

14 years later, I got to go to NYC as a regional manager, surrounded by some of the best people I know, celebrating a record-breaking year for the company, the division and my region. Full circle moment made me realize: The magic never left. And neither did we. #StillHere #BuildYourEmpire
