@_themovementmethod_ family, if i had one wish for one day, this is what it would look like. this room. these people. moving together.

this was just the warm-up tonight, but it meant more to me than i can put into words. being back, even for one day, reminded me how much of my heart lives here. i’ve missed you. being in this room with you means everything to me.

to my coaches, thank you for holding it down and pouring yourselves into this community. to my staff, thank you for stepping in wherever coverage is needed and caring for the little things that make this place feel like home. i see your effort, and i never take it for granted.

and to our community… look at what you’ve continued to build. you keep showing up, getting stronger, loving each other, and giving this room life. i’m so proud of you. getting to come back and feel all of that is something i’ll carry with me while i’m away.

we have a lot of time apart, but let’s not waste it. let’s keep doing everything we can to become our best. i’ll keep growing, learning, and finding ways to give more of myself to you. keep showing up for yourselves and for each other.

so when i come back, we don’t have to find our rhythm again. we’ll feel it the second the music starts. because no matter how far apart we were, we never stopped moving to the same beat. 🥹 by @ailani.j
