We talk a lot about the physical changes of menopause and far less about the emotional ones.
ㅤ
Movement can give those feelings somewhere to go. Our Menopause Collection was created to meet you in this season with strength, curiosity, and compassion.

Menopause has been part of the human story for far longer than most of us were taught.
ㅤ
Understanding where it comes from opens the door to a different kind of support: strength that sustains longevity, and movement that regulates and restores.

As I get ready to transition from my full time job @theclass I can’t help but think about all the moments . So many moments but these moments, when I’m in the deeper work, when we transported to that quiet and space, they are my co-pilots. Retreatment is the center. The ability to deep dive a necessity.
Being able to facilitate & learn from @aimee_mere is quite literally medicine. And what we know is that we can’t just work towards the hard. What else? What else is in there?
We’ve made the commitment to feel our feelings, now how do we actually move & metabolize them? Join us in Portugal @viceroyombriaalgarve for 4.5 days of soul work, heart healing, and joy sourcing.
October 8-12th.
We have two spots left.

Your 40s aren't a signal to do more. They're an invitation to do differently.

Strength becomes more important. Recovery becomes non-negotiable. Learning to work with your body instead of against it can change the way movement feels.

Devoting the past decade to studying the mind and body has taught me that curiosity only becomes more valuable with age. Every layer of understanding creates another opportunity to know myself more fully.

In 2020 I discovered @theclass and it blew the doors of self-discovery wide open. If you know me well, you’ve probably heard me mention it once, twice, or a hundred times. It’s just that good.

An embodied workout that will have you sweating, shouting, shaking and dancing (all to an incredible soundtrack), The Class is delightfully weird in the very best way. It’s unconventional and that’s exactly why it works. Over time, it has become a daily ritual that anchors my day… as familiar and essential as a morning cup of coffee or a nightly skincare routine.

When I saw that The Class was pulling back the curtain on the method through their pilot Field Study program, I knew I wanted to be in the room. After years of experiencing its impact firsthand, I wanted to understand not just that it worked, but why it worked.

For the past four months, I immersed myself in a Field Study of somatics, the nervous system, emotional processing, facilitation and the healing power of movement. It gave language to experiences I’d been having for years and helped me understand why this practice has been so impactful. And the field guides! @aimee_mere , @jayceegossett , @courtney_deri and @taryntoomey you are magic in human form. Your wisdom was matched only by your generosity and vulnerability. I am beyond grateful for the experience, the guidance, and the reminder that being human is endlessly layered.

Ancora imparo. I am still learning
