A full and happy heart when I’m reunited with these two. We’ve gone through different chapters of life so far since we were 16, and I feel like we are all just getting started. Miss yall already 😢 ❤️

Your brain is wired to scan for danger — not because you’re negative, but because your nervous system is built for survival. That’s why your mind jumps to worst-case scenarios so quickly.

But here’s the shift: what you repeatedly focus on becomes what your brain gets better at finding.

Through neuroplasticity and confirmation bias, the thoughts you believe start filtering what you notice, how your body responds, and the choices you make. Over time, this shapes your lived experience.

In other words, your inner narrative quietly trains your nervous system — and influences the reality you move through.

This isn’t about pretending everything is positive. It’s about becoming conscious of the patterns running your system.

Overthinking is a pattern. And patterns can be changed.📣
