As competition season is in full swing, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t miss being on stage.

It’s been so fun watching my friends compete, seeing everyone’s hard work pay off, and being able to support them as they chase their goals. At the same time, it’s definitely lit a fire in me for what’s ahead.

If bodybuilding has taught me anything, it’s patience. The best physiques aren’t built during prep….. they’re built in the improvement season.

So while I miss competing, I’m focused on growing, improving, and bringing a whole new package next year.
Trust the process. Stay patient. Fall in love with the work🤍‼️

SO proud of my client for taking home 🥇 this weekend in her ROOKIE SEASON!

@fitbyains started working with me september of last year, and has executed every single day. as a first time competitor, it is SO important to spend time in a growing season instead of going straight into a bodybuilding prep.

& we did just that. took a full season to grow and put on lean muscle, and get the foundational work done. that way, we could transition into prep in the smoothest way possible, and set her up for her best on stage.

& she no doubt showed up as her best self. confidence, shape, everything. so incredibly proud. and she’s JUST GETTING STARTED.

it’s been such an honor to see you grow mentally and physically over this past year, Ainsleigh. you have unlimited potential in this sport with your work ethic, and i’m forever cheering for you 🫶
