It’s fry day Friday! Oh plus oysters too 🦪 I went to @casamentosrestaurant for THE FIRST TIME and was not disappointed. Food was delicious and company was even better with my gals @eatenpathnola @emmaeatsnola @evie_eats @thenoladiaries

First we did two dozen oysters. They were huge and I made my own sauce! An order or calamari (my fave) and crab claws, along with my soft shell crab loaf. However the oyster or shrimp loaf is a must!!! 🤩

Things to note, it is cash only and there are no reservations. So definitely stop by tonight before or after your parade stroll. I highly recommend getting oyster stew bc I highly regret not getting it 🥴

It’s a BAO time y’all here about @baomi_nola ✨ and it’s all good things! This little joint is located off of Tulane Ave. They specialize in Vietnamese cuisine with a little Asian fusion.

When we went, it was super busy but we got our food very fast. Everything was excellent. We ordered the bulgogi fries, fried bulgogi Bao, and some lemonade. They were so sweet and sent us some Taiwanese chicken ❤️

Everything is a must! ✔️ we got to meet @silentchef_nola and he told us next time, let him do the deciding for us! 🤩 so I can’t wait to come back and see what he has up his sleeves!

Bc I wish I could capture the amazing flavors this @originalslapburger has but you’ll just have to try it out yourself! We rode bikes over to the Marigny to try out @originalslapburger and it was too good. I usually never finish a huge burger but I definitely devoured this one!! 🤩 it is served with your choice of fries, tots or chips and dip!

This is the original slap burger with slap sauce, pickles, grilled onions & cheese! @originalslapburger also does daily specials which look so good too.

At the moment, you can find @originalslapburger at @mariesbarandkitchen where the service was super friendly and the folks there are so nice!
