I do feel this one is worth the listen.

Something I see a lot of is chat about AI replacing coaches (or coaching), and therefore by extension, me.

I think it’s true that it has become - and will continue to be - harder to sell cheap, generic online programming (not coaching) when AI can do something similar for free.

But for coaches who do things properly.
Coaches who value connection and relationships.
Coaches who listen, understand and care.

I don’t really see the threat.

There’s an abundance of information out there and the problem isn’t access to it. It’s understanding it, making sense of it in the context of the individual and then navigating it when life throws you an unexpected twist like injury or illness.

That’s why I’m not worried about AI and my future as a coach.

I’ll continue doing what I’m doing.
Investing in my craft.
Learning more and showing up for my clients.
Listening to them and understanding their problems.

What will be, will be.

Not all of these comments are ‘milestones’ in the traditional sense.

Some are just funny comments under workouts.

But I think that’s the point.

Each one is a client ticking a workout off.
Getting a session done.
Making progress towards their goals.

And enjoying the process of becoming better versions of themselves.

And that - that is what’s it’s all about.

The man who loves walking will work further than the man who loves the destination.

Here are some of our favourite pics you guys have sent through. We 🫶 you all. Keep them coming. Honestly seeing our little growing community running all over the place, biting medals, drinking coffees, going to run clubs or just straight up chilling, makes this whole journey worth it.

Oh and heads up guys, with race season upon us we are pumping through orders right now and have sold out already on a number of pairs. We are doing our best to keep up with demand but if you’ve been eyeing out a pair, jump on it fast as some stock is low.

Ahead of yesterday’s marathon, we had the one and only @neddbrockmann put runners to the test to see just how well they really know their race pace 👀🏃‍♂️

Putting their pacing skills to work in the @pumaau FAST-R NITRO™ ELITE 3 and DEVIATE NITRO™ ELITE 4. ⚡

Delayed @city2surf appreciate post 🙏🏼

This year I had 8 of the team running in the World’s Largest Fun Run. An iconic but tough 14KM run through Sydney finishing up in Bondi.

Sadly I wasn’t able to be there this year but seeing photos of some of the gang together put a smile on my face and seeing the PBs made me even happier.

Well done to everyone who sent it ⚡️⚡️
