Back to 🇯🇵 Japan! (Part 1 of 2) I’m on a flight right now to Tokyo on a photography related trip. After our @airelibre.run Japan Mount Fuji running and climbing retreat I had a lot of photos in the queue to post, but just wasn’t able to get the time to upload. This collection of 20 images (plus the 20 others from the subsequent post) are my favorite travel/street photos that I took with my #iPhone17ProMax during our trail and road running retreat.

Hace unos días me tocó vivir los 21K de Nike ADT desde un lugar muy especial: acompañar a tantas mujeres como pacer🏃🏻‍♀️

Y esta carrera me ha dejado pensando en lo que significa liderar.

A veces creemos que liderar es ir adelante, tener todas las respuestas o ser quien más sabe. Pero esta vez recordé que también es estar ahí, marcar el ritmo, transmitir confianza y sostener la energía cuando a alguien le empieza a faltar. Porque aunque cada una corría por una razón distinta, durante esos kilómetros compartimos algo: las ganas de llegar.

Y quizá eso es lo que más me gusta del liderazgo: no se trata de que otras personas lleguen a donde tú estás, sino de acompañarlas a descubrir hasta dónde pueden llegar ellas mismas 💖

PS: nunca había bailado tanto en una carrera y nunca había sentido que mis piernas se movían solas gracias a la porra y a la energía de las otras 9,999 mujeres que corrieron junto a mí. MÁGICO 🪄

Sayless Projects and Aire Libre are heading to the mountains of Oaxaca, Jan 28-31, for four days built around space to breathe. Trail runs on centuries-old paths. Yoga for runners. A temazcal ceremony. Shared meals and nights in community-run mountain cabins. No inbox, no noise, just movement, people, and room to come back to yourself.

At Sayless, we believe movement and community are some of the most powerful ways to take care of your mental health. This is that belief, lived out on a trail.

Never in a million years, did I think I’d get to experience what I did this last week.

Grateful for the community we’ve built @notfastjustfuriousrc that has brought together some of the best people I’ve ever met. It’s opened up so many opportunities and that’s why I want to thank @airelibre.run as well for reaching out and giving us the experience of a lifetime!
