Some vids with the boys Monday night ⚽🔥🔥

Feints with and without the ball encouraging pushing off 1 leg to get that yard needed to get away from players in 1v1s.

Hurdles improving leg strength, then straight into some SAQ/ladders then into a 50/50 then a 1v1 to try and score. Game-like scenarios in training. Top work boys 💪

At this age of footy there is gonna be lots of times where it gets congested lots of bodies round the ball, so trying to recreate this situation and build a desire to battle for the ball and score in games ⭐

Want to get your kid in for training, get in touch!

Training with the little ballers last night 🔥 boss training the next gen. Trying to implement pushing off one leg to go past players with and without the ball against each other to make it a game. Always tryna apply real life scenarios to our training. Well done the boys top effort 💪
