One day I’m smoking them in pickleball and the next day…😳💪🏻. Might need to start lifting a weight or two to keep up with them.
So fun to see these boys push themselves with guidance and encouragement from the Acceleration Iowa team! @aiwaukee

ATHLETES or anyone wanting to be more athletic, being strong is not always about moving the heaviest weight… When in your sport are you moving slow with maximum strength exerted? Chances are you’re not, pick a weight that you can move quickly and efficiently and move it maximum effort.

•Easy-moderate weight
•Quick… should not be long and grindy
•Move through the whole range of motion (no cheated reps) (if you can’t get to depth, lower that weight)

•Feel free to DM me with any questions!

(And p.s. yes I filmed this after my workout, too good not to post)

I sit with business owners who have told me that social media wasn’t worth it, and when I checked out their accounts, the images uploaded weren’t great, the posting was inconsistent, and let’s not even go into the captions.
.
A few months later, that business was gone. Then I have visited businesses that use social media with great success. Witnessing customers coming in stating they want the deal listed on Facebook or Instagram with their phone in hand. Just because you do not think you need it doesn't mean your business will succeed without social media.

Every day your business is not on Social Media is a day your competition is winning. Please contact me so I may help you move your business in the right direction.

Setting my pride aside for this one. While I would love to fund @valor_fit_org out of my own pocket, that is an unreasonable expectation. I am grateful for the support I have already been given, and I am hoping to receive some more. ValorFit is growing, so the monthly gym membership numbers are growing as well, which means there are more expenses. Veterans are receiving support that they have never gotten before, and I want to keep this momentum going because my passion and work ethic remains high when it comes to finding and providing solutions. If you are interested in helping me help veterans here are some ways that you can: 1. Purchase some of the sweet ValorFit apparel at valorfit.org @_xoxoyana_ makes these wonderful items that are guaranteed to make you look twice as cute as you really are. 2. Donate to ValorFit.org on a monthly basis just as the beautiful people at @dsmspinesport do. Having a guaranteed monthly donation helps me not have to worry as much and I can place my focus more on veterans. 3. Share this post. Being a part of the solution is really cool. Again I am grateful for all of the support I have already gotten, but I know I can do more. Stronger Together.

I couldn't find a solution until I admitted that I was a part of the problem. Pairing veterans and their families together inside of local gyms while taking the financial burden away is where we start finding solutions. Stronger Together. T shirts are for sale on the Valorfit Facebook page. #valorfit

Making the most of my second chance. I couldn't find a solution until I admitted I was a part of the problem. My nonprofit @valor_fit_org is off and running. We pair Central Iowa veterans and their families together inside of local gyms and take away the costs. Stronger Together. (This is actually just for my modeling portfolio, k thanks)
