Friends:

Classes:
Classes have been fine, same old same old grind. I still have my 4.0, I will continue to have it this year (manifesting 🙏🏾). My professors are super kind this year, much like last year. I’m not worried.

Summer Stats:

- France trip is extremely and dearly missed 🇫🇷
- Fourth of July genuinely was insane, iykyk 🇺🇸
- Got to say goodbye to my boys 🫂
- Lots of Gardening and Hiking done 🪴
- Convinced my professor to make our thermo final a gameshow with me hosting 📝
- A lot of time working out- I mean astronaut training with my boys 💪🏾🧑🏾‍🚀🚀
- Will Bernal has put me on to several several hits 🎧
- I love my friends. They continue to be the best family I could hope for
- Rest of the summer was agonizingly boring, but it’s okay I got even bigger better plans comin up just you wait

Officially an (analog) astronaut!! Who would have thought that a week of eating dehydrated and powdered foods would so quickly turn into what was easily one of the best weeks of my life👩‍🚀

So, so incredibly grateful for this opportunity to serve as a Crew Scientist on an analog astronaut mission at the Mars Desert Research Station! This mission would not have been anywhere near as successful, or fun, without my crew mates who kept the MDRS Hab filled with laughter and excitement throughout the week, and I could not have imagined a better crew if I had tried. Thank you to everyone who made this possible and especially to each of my crew mates!

I cant wait to be home. I can’t wait to be back next semester. I got friends across state lines. 🇺🇸 I got my Les Paul. 🎸 I’m going to France this summer. 🇫🇷 I got to see my new favorite indie band. I got to see
Artemis II launch. Praying I keep my 4.0 🙏🏾

To all my friends still at NP, trust me college is awesome. Do not be afraid to be cringe. Smile at people. Laugh with strangers. Come back home on breaks, fool around and find out. Play way too much Minecraft with your boys. Write a bunch of songs for your band back home. Pull a couple all nighters. Procrastinate making your videos for your YouTube. Film short films with the man that’s you are constantly shipped with. Dress up too much for the beach. Eat too much and have your mom tell you to go back to the gym and loose weight…

Okay maybe not that last one.
