One of the greatest joys of being a Mentor with the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business initiative is connecting with women business owners from all across the country!

We are up to Cohort 7, and I think I’ve met entrepreneurs from nearly every state—I believe there's about 11 states left for me to go.🤸🏾‍♀️

It’s so inspiring to see what women are building in different corners of the U.S. This journey is honestly super cool. 😎✨

It’s been a whirlwind Juneteenth couple of days celebrating entrepreneurs. My morning started downtown at Goldman Sachs headquarters and wrapped in Brooklyn @Rustik for the @impacctbk Juneteenth Entrepreneurs Luncheon. Grateful to work with partners such as Craig Collins from Impacct Brooklyn and a brilliant team, @jaymcnyc, @ajoyworldwide and @sidrasocial, in this work. #juneteenth #entrepreneurship

NEW YORK - Tuesday of this week was an exciting day! I've been considered many things over the years 🫣😄, but don't ever recall the word "hero". I honestly cannot work any harder, so this encourages me to work smarter and to just keep going!💃🏾

Thank you @
#EmpireBCBS and #CrainsNewYork for the recognition as a 2023 Empire Whole Health Hero "honoring leaders in New York and the Metropolitan region who exemplify public service and professional devotion as they work to improve the financial, physical and mental health of their communities and workplaces".

In 2024,.AJOY turns 15 years young. We will celebrate!! 🥳 Looking back, I am stunned at all that we've accomplished in spite of things going topsy-turvy, huge blunders, and natural disasters in all forms. We are steadfast and tenacious. My hope is that our work continues to impart positive change with young adults and clients alike, right here in our local community, across our country, and across the world. Turns out, we are not just an ordinary accounting firm.😏🙏🏾

That said, let's keep #GivingTuesday 😁. Please join me in support of AJOY'S official, federally recognized nonprofit organization, The Phindiwe Business Academy. AJOY has undergirded this initiative so far but now we've started fundraising! Gestures of any size makes a huge difference in our ability to promote positive change! 💪🏾🏆🎉

Please join us one of these three ways:

(FB makes you jump through hoops to be listed as a charity. For good reason I'm sure.)

Thank you to those who have already donated.🫶🏾
