70km over 2 days down the Doring River 🌊🚣

After all the rain the Cape got a few weeks back, the Doring was absolutely pumping and we were lucky enough to get to send it down through the Cederberg. Paddling during the day and camping on the riverbank under the stars at night! Epic times in the outdoors with good people!
Massive shoutout to @gravityadventures and all the other legends that made it happen.

Fun session with my dad on the Nitros 🤟

Making the most of the last SE wind at kite beach! Working on my Double backroll tic tac, a more basic trick nowadays but still good for keeping your skills sharp. It feels so good when you get the timing right!

Cape Columbine overnight sea kayak trail. This is one for the adventurous! The west coast offers pristine beauty with a rugged and rough coastline which can only be navigated in ideal conditions. Paddlers joining this trip will need a certain level of fitness and some experience in paddling - yes we can arrange training paddles for those who want to build up to it. February through to May is our window so if you interested in this premium experience hit us up at adventure@gravity.co.za or 021 6833698

Well what a year ! 2025 has thrown everything at us and we still smiling. With an incredible Orange River Season in March /April to a 6 week sabbatical in Zimbabwe and Mozambique followed by a short winter season on the Doring and Palmiet river and a jam packed October season on the Gorge. From here we decided to head to the Zambezi, trained some international raft guides , did some kayaking and headed strait back into November/December crazy season!
Well that summarised it nicely 😎.
So we now look to 2026 and we must just give a heads up to the incredible Gravity team that make everything come to life! These are seriously talented and hard working crew and Gravity could not function without them!
Here’s also to the Gravity family - yes you, our clients. We think we have the most loyal clients in adventure tourism and we just want to give you a shout out !

So for 2026 - let’s send it !
