POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Deserted my 20s 🤪🌵 as I stepped into this new decade, I knew I wanted to celebrate differently than I did throughout most of my 20s so I hosted a wellness retreat weekend centered on movement, reflection, rest, and simply being present.

I wanted to celebrate surrounded by people who have loved and supported me through every version of myself. This weekend was full of all of that and more.

Ugh, my cup is so full! 🥹 here’s to a new decade of living with intention and embracing all that’s ahead. 🤍✨

An energy you can only feel in the room. ❤️‍🔥
STFU & LIFT.
🎥 : @cgcinematics

If you’re looking for a simple workout, this isn’t for you.
We’ve built a room that pulls more out of you than you would on your own. It’s not just a standard, but a community.

Not everyone gets to be in this room… and that’s the point.

Do you?

NEXT CLASS: Saturday, April 18th @ 11AM

❤️‍🔥Happy One Year Anniversary to my baby STFU & LIFT ❤️‍🔥

A year ago, I took a chance and today I stand alongside a community inside what we built.
I put a heavy emphasis on we, because without yall showing up there would be no community. There is no I without you.

Thank you for believing, sweating, showing up, and growing with me
Cheers to year one, we’re just getting started 🥂

What started as an idea turned into something bigger than me.
Putting this recap together brought me to tears, because this was always the vision.

Season 1 showed me just how capable we all are when we show up together.
Season 2 is bigger, bolder, and louder.
Together, we take up space and show tf out.

Thank you to everyone who supported, built, coached, captured, and believed through the first season.

Season 2 opener is sooner than you think 😉 Follow @stfuandliftatl for the quickest updates

Holiday season in my favorite place — Los Angeles 🤍✨
There’s nothing like spending this time with family, surrounded by sunshine, love, and the kind of energy that reminds me I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.

Home isn’t just a location; it’s wherever you feel safe, supported, and free to be your fullest self. And this year, my heart feels right at home.

Grateful for family, for grounding, and for the magic of L.A. during the holidays. 🌴🎄✨
