FIRST POSED CHECK-IN VERSUS PRE STAGE CHECK-IN @akantonyy When you’re “just getting started” the vision for stage can seem like a lifetime away “How will I ever get in the right condition?” “Do I have enough size?” “I can’t even pose properly yet” “I don’t want to embarrass myself” “Am I even gonna be any good?” I get it - but that’s why you do what Ant did… He got started with me just shy of 12 months before he ever got on stage Meaning we could SQUASH any of the uncertainties and self doubt that he had Not that there was many for Ant, to be fair 🤣 But nonetheless we’ve had one hell of a rollercoaster with shows this year 😂 2x 🥉 in untested lineups A 7th place at PCA Naturals And a 4th place at WNBF Supernaturals Now for the ‘7th place’ show, it turns out the water and sodium protocols weren’t being adhered to properly - which is what caused the look to be off on that show day Massive shame as that’s the show we wanted to prioritise, but we all took lessons from that 1 week, and 5.5kg later, Ant came in with his best look yet - he was just a little flat That’s because I was holding back from carbing too heavy after the previous weekend’s look It was simply the safer option, and it definitely paid off, but if we came in fuller it would’ve been a top 3 placing for sure. Nonetheless, super proud of you this season mate, taken the results on the chin, and ended it on a high 🙌🏼 That’s what it’s about! The level up! At least this means we KNOW for certain the next run is gonna be crazy 😮‍💨😮‍💨 If you wanna compete in 2027/28, then get in touch ASAP. I cover all bases - nutrition, training, recovery, posing, show day attendance, tanning, and meticulous coaching. At no extra cost. Get in touch & join the team 🧬

So cringe bro, imagine cheering on your athletes 😤 I don’t even need to explain myself here… If you’re a coach and you don’t have passion for your clients then you’re in the wrong job 😬

Well… yesterday 😅 An extremely successful day for me as a prep coach, and one of my most successful days on paper! 1x 🥇 3x 🥈 1x 4th @jonbrowncoach coming into this show of the back of a win last weekend and placing 4th in Britain with PCA. He’d put some pressure on himself for this one and I could see that in his face on show day. I pulled him away from the noise, got his head in the game, and he absolutely brought it on stage. Battling it out for first place with some polish beast, Jon had him in a few shots, vice versa. We know what we need to do to come back even better. About a kilo down from last weekend too 👌🏼 @akantonyy absolute redemption this weekend, and I was over the moon to see him in the first call outs. It’s where he SHOULD be. We highlighted some issues on the back end with Ant’s approach, fixed it this week, and believe it or not he dropped 5.5kg in 7 days 😭 I’m still a bit baffled that he wasn’t top 3 yesterday, and it makes me question it more when they called out “4th place” they said it was a tie, and then the announcer had to go and talk to the judges, and then the leaner, more aesthetic & Mens physique looking guy (Antony) came 4th. Bit confusing, I really want some feedback here, but lets not takeaway from the result. We’re buzzing nonetheless! @kieranclarkson’s first ever show working with me, and his first show in 7 years! Kieran signed up for 3 Men’s Physique classes… and came away with 1x win, and 2x 2nd places. I think we did a pretty good job at dialling the shreds in, and peaking him perfectly from half way across the world 🇺🇸 A few times throughout prep Kieran was getting in his head, second guessing himself, and was putting a lot of pressure on himself. A few hard conversations and we squashed the insecurities, got him chillin, and look at that smile man. Much deserved results man This is ALL 3 of these guys’ first time working with me I think we fucking nailed it tbh 🎯 You know what’s coming… DM me, or fill in my 1-1 coaching form in the link in my bio for all coaching enquiries Prep, off season, and physique development coaching. Tough one to take today @akantonyy 💙 Prior to today, we’d done 2 shows, achieved 2 podium placings, and an invite to PCA British Finals So to fall outside of the first call out, and not get an invite to the Natural British Championships felt like a kick in the teeth today But sometimes you need to be knocked down to come back at your best We know the level of physique we’re playing with here It’s up there. It’s one of the best natural junior physiques in the UK. We just need to put all the pieces together properly to show the judges that. We’ve got 1 more show lined up before we wrap up the season So let’s dust off, dig in, and see what we can do 🔥 Then, it’ll be time to rest, grow, and set a plan for the next 12-18 months The lock-in continues LFG mate 👊🏼

The physique is the bonus. The real win is who you become along the way. Discipline. Confidence. Standards. Keeping the promises you make to yourself. That shit follows you everywhere. #RuthlessCoaching #Bodybuilding #Discipline #Mindset #SelfImprovement

The final avengers representing Team KYFF in 2026 🔥 Some crazy talent here Is it talent… Or is it just hard work for years and years, finally unveiled by more hard work over the past 4-5 months through dieting… It’s definitely hard work. Nonetheless - I’m super excited to get these guys on stage in just a few weeks time I still feel great honour to take these guys through their preps, coach them to their best, and having their full trust in me It really does fill me with pride. I love bodybuilding, and I love coaching. So to be able to work with guys of this standard is awesome as fuck And I KNOW that no matter the results, we can all walk away from this year with our cups full Crazy transformations achieved Crazy physiques achieved @kieranclarkson @jonbrowncoach @akantonyy You’ve all smashed it thus far. Keep your heads on your shoulders, keep your heads held high, and step on to stage with that AURA Because you’ve done the hard part. 2-3 weeks to bring the heat Let’s go boys 📈 Do you want to compete in 2027/28? I’m taking on a small handful of clients who want to compete in the next couple years. Wanna give it a crack? Or you wanna run it back? Message me 🤜🏼

Fasted show-day pictures → on-stage footage → fasted the morning after. We had some fun with this warm-up show, but the biggest thing for me is always enjoying the process. I genuinely love bodybuilding — whether I’m standing on a stage or nowhere near one. The stage is just one part of it. The early mornings, the training, the food prep, carrying the boxes around, staying disciplined and doing the same things day after day — that’s the lifestyle. Because being a bodybuilder isn’t something you switch on when you step on stage. A true bodybuilder is always bodybuilding, with or without the stage. Enjoy the process. Keep learning. Keep improving. And most importantly, enjoy what you’ve chosen to do. 🧡 #Bodybuilding #MensPhysique #BodybuildingLifestyle #RuthlessCoaching #TrustTheProcess

MR AND MISS DEVON 2026 MY FAVOURITE SHOW OF THE YEAR, EVERY YEAR 😍 @mrandmissdevon It’s still such an honour to be asked to judge every year at this show. I’ve loved bodybuilding ever since I first stepped into my first bodybuilding gym - ProGym Saltash So, to be working at the show with a super close knit team, with friends I’ve made through bodybuilding and training is so cool. I’m so lucky 💙 Now - HUGE congrats to ALL of the athletes who competed last night. The standard of competitor continues to level up each year. You’re all pushing each other to achieve your best. And that’s what BB is all about. I’ll be dropping a YouTube video in the next few days of the whole show 🎬 Onto my athletes! @akantonyy taking home 🥉 place in open Men’s Physique! Ant held very strong against a lineup of guys who have years on him, and not to be offensive, but decades of training on him! We didn’t quite nail the peak, but we know exactly how to conduct at the next show. Nonetheless, we tightened up on the day and brought it!! Great work mate! @robnewlands.dswm coming in HOT!! Leaner, harder, and generally just BETTER than even last weekend at Wales. You belong on that stage mate. You looked sick up there. Let’s just work for a little more condition and you’ll be in the mix NO DOUBT!! Legend! (Enjoy your holiday first tho 😉) @tyler_cussen brought a wicked look, especially considering the little bit of stuttering we had at the start of prep 2.0 for this year. Not Tyler’s best look, but still a look to be proud of. There was a lot of mental/mind games you had to deal with stepping back into prep this year. And I know exactly how that feels. But you turned it around, remained locked in, and got up there with confidence. And rightly so!! Always the people’s champ 🙌🏼 I cannot wait for Mr and Miss Devon 2027. If you live in, or nearby the area, and you’re competing next year, consider this show It may not be PCA, or UKDFBA, or whatever other federation, but that’s why it’s better! It’s a show FOR THE ATHLETE. It’s a show for YOU! 💙💙
