The band wrote the song about depression and it's power over people, isolating them from their surrounding, although they are loved. It is an uncomfortable topic, yet important to talk about. Our vulnerability is part of our emotional universe and nothing to be ashamed of. And if you struggle yourself, please don't bottle up your sadness and seek support. Even here online, people like @mattzhaig are giving great support, sharing his way through depression, with his goal to show your life is a journey so worthy to stay alive for. 🙌❤
