LAST NIGHT WAS INCREDIBLEEEEE There's so many communities within San Antonio, and for whatever reason, most people tend not to move around or see what else the city has to offer. This is pretty common in the local music scene... Well, when you see them merge together or coexist, this is what happens every time! You're witnessing the birth of a new family... A new place for people to be themselves... Big shouts to @haze.dt for allowing me to be a part of this! History is getting made with this, I'm telling you right now, I know it when I see it! Now I was wrestling with a phone battery, so I only caught a few performances on camera, but just in these, you can tell this was special.... THANK YOU🙏💌

Loud Locals is a pop-up open mic that is based in San Antonio, Tx, curated by @loudcitysociety. Birthed right around the outro of Covid, it was exactly what the city needed at a time where everyone lost their creative spark! It's been the home of many people as a safe place for practicing, networking, or even launching some careers. It even gained the attention of surrounding cities that help @loudcitysociety Become what it is today. With originally only 3-5 days of notice, once you saw the flyer, you knew it was the place to be! Due to people being unable to make arrangements and unable to get a spot before they maxed out, we created a way to guarantee a performance slot. Ask us about the "Loud Pack" if you want to be involved. Vending is available as well! The next one was just announced and will be on January 14th back at where it all started. 📍@fuelbar.satx At 8pm. If it were ever any event, I'd confidently tell someone to travel for, would be this one... But GET THERE EARLYYYYYY POETRY/COMEDY/OPEN GENRE MUSIC 📽>@akiddscreations

Way more than who I named! Those just a few that were at our last event just a week ago! These are actual curators that have plenty of stage time opportunities! @april_newsoulent just announced her R&B open mic spot! Then beyond that, @undergroundvoiceslive poppin every week up in Austin! Mr @crazybarsiveheard stayed doing reviews So many! Come get plugged in‼️ Orrrr you can stay in and try to go viral... But ya still gonna have to know how to perform and be comfortable on stage lol Then @allaccessma is about to integrate more live music... COME ONNNN THAT'S 20 FESTIVALS ALONE🤯 🤐🤐🤐

I PROMISE YOU... My profile will not be much longer targeting the local artist and the opportunities for them. It's love always, and will continue to make a path for the future... But this aint a sales page! By now, you don't see the value, you holding your eyes closed or sum 🫣 Then, people swear I owe them bc we cool. But the ones ACTUALLY COOL already know what's up. People forget it's a real-life business. No shade, but I'm not waiting in line for shoes. I'm not playing no videos games. I don't know none of the shows on Netflix.... I make it look fun, but it's WORK. I don't even like social media fr lol We've been trying to get people to tap in and come to the open mics to warm up everything for THESE events. You get forgotten if you not in our face consistently online or literally in person... People will sit at home complain they not a part of things, but don't want to come out and BE A PART OF THINGS 😁 💫Vendors Tap In👌
