Just an old dude who really likes bicycles.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Another lap around the Sun. So I guess this is what 57 looks like. It’s been an amazing year with family, friends, business, and riding bikes.

This post is a photo/video dump from this last month. Thanks to all of the people who I was lucky enough to ride and hang out with over this last year.

Why have an RV if you can’t take your bikes with you

We transformed the garage area of this RV to securely hold 3 bikes without the need to turn the bars or mounts in order to get everything to fit. When it’s time to ride just pop the bike out throw the front wheel on and you’re ready to roll!

First couple weeks here in Whistler done. So much riding! 🤘

Big Jumps, proper steeps, and great friends. I look forward to this trip with the #bmxlegends crew every year.

It’s great to catch up with everyone and share stories about our past, families, and what’s going on now. “The older we get, the better we were” This is 57 🤣

Thank you to @realdrjrich for another amazing trip.

@bmeadows81 and I had a HUGE one on Monday. Brandon got@the worst of it. He was getting too much style for any one man on last jump of A-Line, boosting to the bottom of the landing when the front wheel exploded on impact and he was laid out. I went deep on the landing as well and had nowhere to go and completely failed at my bunny hop attempt and hit Brandon and tomahawked into the rubble.

Amazingly, Brandon is fine. Pretty beat up but got the bike fixed and kept riding the rest of the day. He’s a BEAST for sure. Glad I never had to line up next to him on the gate.

I got away with some bruising, cut nose and face, destroyed GoPro lens and goggle lens but all good. The thumb is a bit sore and stiff but doing fine. Thank you to @dharcoclothing for providing my protection. It seriously saved me.

Thank you to @realdrjrich @_nir_dekel_ @alan.foster.bikeguy Jimmy, @whistler_mountain_ski_patrol and others for making sure we were all ok.

I have now enrolled in a “Bunny Hopping For Dummies” class here in Whistler because I failed miserably at this. Sorry B 🤕

Randomly yesterday I grabbed a @freedombmx_mag mag from my pile of duplicates and spotted this advert I remembered, it wasn’t until today that I realised yesterday was the Blue Falcons birthday and that it appears I’m jumping on the bandwagon of all the other outlets that posted BF yesterday.

Way I see it birthday or not you don’t need an excuse to post @brianfosterbmx pics.

Who remembers or had a pair of these Airwalks that Brian & @alan.foster.bikeguy designed? I know I did (in white) and I never hired another pair of bowling shoes ever again. #notvegan

Second annual Spring snowboard/ski/mountain bike Mammoth trip with @alan.foster.bikeguy is in the books. Three solid days of morning runs on the slopes, mountain biking in the afternoon, and hot springs and BLM camping at night. Legs are toast, and my 34-year-old Airwalk clip shoes are done. Thanks, @bmxhippy for meeting up to ride and showing us some spots. Gotta get back up there again soon! 🤘🏻
