I thought I knew what to do. Eat healthy, train hard, if I had a cookie I would just spend extra time on the treadmill, I’ll be fine but that was NEVER the case. My relationship with food was toxic and it had a hold over me I never thought I’d be able to break. @absbyalana thank you for showing me that food is a friend not something to be scared of and the all or nothing mindset i had was hindering my progress instead of helping me ❣️

Blessed with the best, so grateful for such an amazing experience with my FMG Debut. This federation is unmatched so far. I am so excited to see where this goes!

A bigger post will come later but a special mention to each and every soul in these pictures. You were by my side through it all and I love you all so much ❤️🖤💙

My season has ended on the highest high, here in Thailand placing 2nd!! 🇹🇭 . There’s so much I could say about this experience, but right now, all I want to do is thank the people who carried me here.

@alanafayy , my coach and my best friend. Having you prep me has been nothing short of magical. Thank you for the hard conversations, the emotional support, and for believing in me at many moments I couldn’t believe in myself. I could write forever and it still wouldn’t be enough to tell you how grateful I am.

@steven_cervenak , so much of this is yours. The sacrifices you made for my journey are something I will carry with gratitude for the rest of my life. You cooked my meals, you were the best dad while I disappeared into training, cardio and posing. Your love, strength and support held this whole thing up.

@_samanthawicks , you pulled me out of a dark place and gave me my soul back. Your belief in me is the biggest reason I kept going and made it to that stage. You are the greatest blessing.

@zoechiotakis_fmgpro , you probably don’t realise how special you made this journey. Every check-in during prep, never leaving my side at either show, believing in me when I struggled so deeply. You made me feel safe and loved, and I will never forget it.

Sunny, my beautiful little boy. I hope this shows you that scary things are worth doing, and that you can do absolutely anything. Everything I do, I do with you in my heart.
