Maybe the magic was never in finding something new.
Maybe it was in remembering what was always there. #community #magic #grateful #ceremony

The stories we carry didn’t all begin with us.

Some were passed down through generations. Some were spoken over us. Some were created in moments when our hearts were simply trying to make sense of pain.

Tonight, we gathered as women around one beautiful red thread with a reminder that we are deeply connected. Together, we named the beliefs that no longer serve us and gently tied that red thread around fresh flowers as a symbol of choosing a new story.

Not because we can erase the past, but because we get to decide what we carry forward.

May the thread remind us that we are connected by love, strengthened by the women who came before us, and empowered to leave future generations with beliefs rooted in worthiness, joy, courage, and freedom.

Here’s to rewriting the story—one woman, one breath, one bloom at a time. ❤️🌹 #NervousSystemHealing #WomenSupportingWomen #HealingGenerations #Embodiment #CommunityHealing

Most trainings teach you information.
Ours initiates you into embodiment.

We don’t believe healers are made in a weekend. We believe they are cultivated through devotion, mentorship, and lived practice.

At Sacred Moon, our trainings are an apprenticeship. You are not left alone to figure it out. You are held inside a living, breathing community. You practice alongside others. You are witnessed. You are guided. You are supported by teachers who are deeply invested in who you are becoming—not just what you know, but how you embody it.

This work asks you to become the medicine.
To regulate your own nervous system.
To trust your own intuition.
To learn how to hold others from a place of integrity, safety, and truth.

Whether you feel called to Vibrational Meditation, Breathwork, Reiki, or stepping onto the path of our Radiant Path training in 2027… this is where you stop wondering if you’re ready, and start becoming who you were meant to be.

You don’t have to do it alone.
You were never meant to.

Payment plans are available because your calling should be supported, not postponed.

Explore all upcoming trainings and take your first step.

This has become one of my favorite offerings to hold 🤍
Ear Acupuncture • Breath • Sound — a living bridge between ancient wisdom and the inner healer that already lives inside of you.

Each point speaks a language older than words—calming the nervous system, releasing grief, softening fear, inviting courage, restoring the organs, and reminding the heart how to feel safe again. I always pause in deep gratitude for the acupuncturists who made it possible for us to share this medicine and for the lineages that trusted the body to heal.

Inhale into Shen Men – “Spirit Gate” – and feel the mind soften.
Exhale into the Kidney point – and remember your courage.
Breathe through the Liver point – and let anger become movement.
Into the Lung – and release what you’ve been holding since you were small.
Into the Sympathetic point – and let the body remember peace.

And as the sound begins, the bowls and gong move where words cannot. The vibration enters you at a cellular level, washing through bone and blood, reorganizing what has been tense for years. You are not “doing” anything you are receiving. Slowing down enough to be held by frequency, by breath, by intention.

This class is not just relaxation.
A homecoming to the part of you that knows how to heal.

If you’ve been tired of carrying everything alone, come lay it down with us. Let the needles speak, let the breath guide, let the sound penetrate the places that have never been touched with gentleness.

Your inner healer is already here.
We simply create the doorway.

✨ Join us and receive. ✨ Check the website for upcoming classes.

As this year closes, I’m holding so much gratitude for the women who have held me.

Some of you have walked beside me for 20 years.
Most of you for over a decade.
And a few arrived right as I released what no longer aligned.

Nothing has supported my healing more than my relationships with women.
The ones who stayed no matter what.
The ones who tell the truth with love.
The ones who don’t compete, compare, or envy.
The ones who cry with you, celebrate you, and show up again and again.

You are my greatest gifts.
My teachers.
My people.

I would not have made it through this year without you—
or without the moments of joy we found together in the middle of the chaos.

Thank you for loving me the way you do.
I carry you with me into everything that comes next.
