WILD FEMININE PART 1 DONEEEEEE So proud of these women. At the start of class we talked about what is something we’d love to let go of to show up as the most confident version of ourselves. Next, we decided to allow ourselves embody it at class tonight. Safe to say we did pretty damn well 👸✨

My voice isn’t loud, but it’s powerful. I know yours is too. For years I believed I wasn’t built for groups - one bad experience taught me that, and I carried it for longer than I’d admitted to myself for a while. This weekend I stood in a room full of women, of 20 people and watched that exact belief lose its grip, in real time - because I shifted the reality first. Beliefs aren’t facts. They’re pictures, sounds, and feelings your brain has learned to treat as true - which means they can be unlearned too. Swipe through for the process I used to collapse that old belief and build a new one in its place → Comment ‘SHIFT’ and I’ll send you the full process.
