How I spent my weekend… Two full days of back-to-back BLAZE training 🥊 Who knew you could feel like you’ve been beaten up from fighting an inanimate object? One of the rewarding parts of this job is that, despite being a coach and educating other people, there is always SO much more to learn. Back to being the student this weekend. #blaze #davidlloyd #boxingfitness #fitnessinstructors

🏆🔥 SUFFOLK CHAMPIONS. 🔥🏆 Two weeks ago today, Bury St Edmunds took eight members to Ipswich for the first head-to-head Battlebox Games between Suffolk’s two David Lloyd Clubs. ⚔️ BSE vs Ipswich 👥 16 competitors 🏆 One trophy It was close, it was tough, and every single person gave it everything. Different ages. Different abilities. Different strengths. That’s what Battlebox is all about — you don’t have to be the fastest or the strongest, you just have to be willing to give it a go. 💪 And this year… 🏆 BURY ST EDMUNDS became the first official BATTLEBOX CHAMPIONS OF SUFFOLK! 👑🔥 The trophy is home. The bragging rights are ours. Now the challenge is simple… Keep the trophy. Defend the crown. Do it all again next year. 😈 And if you’re watching this thinking “I could never do that…” 👀 Maybe next year, that could be you. #Battlebox #BattleboxGames #TeamBSE #SuffolkChampions #DavidLloydClubs

Blaze Foundation… What stars are coming to Blaze!

🔥Calling anyone who wants to see a change in their health & fitness🔥 September BLAZE is the perfect place to kickstart those healthy habits again after a long summer 👊 If you’ve never tried BLAZE before there are some MYTHs you may have heard, like… * You need to be fit…FALSE…work at your own pace, this is your workout and we can adapt it for anyone💥 * HIIT training is all about working as hard as possible…FALSE…we help you manage your intensity throughout the session and recovery is vital🥵 * Myzones are essential…FALSE…although monitoring your heart rate in the session allows you to improve your performance and set work/recovery challenges, you can attend without one🙌 If you’ve not done BLAZE in a while OR never tried it, we will lend you all equipment to give you the full experience and remind show you what you’re missing (just like the video)🔥#blazetribe #myzonemoves #vivobarefoot #davidlloydclubs 🎷🕺💃🎉🥳🥂🍾
