📍Monroe Austin, TX

It’s not every day you get to walk into 11,000 square feet of what a gym looks like when nobody in the room said “let’s value-engineer that.” Today you do. Monroe, Austin.

What’s inside:
• Woodway 4Front treadmills
• Eleiko half racks
• Eleiko Evo dumbbells
• Eleiko cable multi station
• Arsenal converging shoulder press (chef’s kiss)
• Hammer Strength machines
• VA7 adjustable bench (smooth like butter)
• Indoor rig
• Turf
• 20+ foot ceilings
• Massive garage doors that open the whole floor to the outdoor area
• Custom gooseneck showers
• A full bathhouse: large sauna, large steam, cold plunges, infrared sauna, and private shower suites for people who would rather not make small talk in a towel
• Check out the rest

Main floor plus mezzanine. Save it, send it to whoever’s running your next build.

Electrolytes are necessary (and unnecessary) … know the difference.
.
Electrolytes are supplements and also foods …. You can have both
.
Dose matters but also dose is dependent, not standard
.
Brand and quality will always matter to me (yes I named my favorites in the reel)
.
Salt is not bad. Actually it is good, real salt though is very different than commercial sodium
.

What questions do you have on electrolytes?

Good things are happening.

I'm pretty pumped to watch the health trends improve.

I know how hard it is to stand on your own 2 feet and make it happen.

But it's worth it, every time you choose the health route.

I lost my dad early and I reflect on how sick he was for the last decade of his life.

He was just a little older than I am now when it all started to fall apart for him health wise.

His picture sits on my desk right behind my computer and I talk to him everyday about not repeating those mistakes.

I know how much he would've loved to be with his grandkids and wife experiencing all that he laid the foundation for.

The hardest part is, if times were different and GOOD information was widely available, he would've fought for it too.

I know so many guys like me with similar stories.

It makes me proud to see my generation of dads do their best to not repeat the cycle.

Keep going fellas.
