🎙️ EPISODE 019 — GET VANSHEAD

Welcome to “Get VansHead” — your weekly dose of waffle talk where we feature true Vans lovers and their stories, styles, and soles.
This week’s guest: 👉 @albert.padilla__ , a collector with a deep love for culture, classics, and authenticity. Let’s jump in 👟✨

Q1: What’s in your current rotation?
🗣️ “Right now I’m rocking the new premium Old Skools in blue and the premium Authentic checker in asphalt grey. Clean, timeless, fire.”

Q2: Favorite Vans kick right now?
🗣️ “Definitely the Skate Old Skool in teal. I bought three pairs ‘cause I loved them that much. No regrets.”

Q3: What’s your grail?
🗣️ “If I can get the Travis Barker Vans when they drop — that’s the one. Manifesting that pickup.”

Q4: What made you start collecting Vans?
🗣️ “Growing up, it was all I wore. Even when I drifted into Jordans, I always came back. There’s nothing like Vans culture — real, raw, and authentic.”

Q5: Got a personal story behind a pair?
🗣️ “A friend was selling his Mr. Cartoon Authentics. Someone else offered way more, but he sold them to me. Said he knew I wouldn’t flip them — I’d cherish them. That meant everything. That’s Vans loyalty.”

Have you been thinking of buying? Don’t know really where to start? Maybe even feeling overwhelmed with all the information you find online or from friends or family? Well we know it can be very overwhelming especially if you have never bought a home before, BUT Don’t worry! We are here to help guide you. Here are some simple steps below 👇🏼
.
- Some Simple steps-
1. Get in touch with a good lender to be pre qualified ( don’t know of any? Well no worries, we can help you with that as well )
- Getting pre qualified is one of the most important steps, without doing this your realtor won’t be able to write up an offer for a home you are looking to buy. Things your lender will be requesting from you in or to pre qualify you are:
1. 2 months of the most recent bank 🏦 statements
2. 2 recent pay check stubs
3. A copy of your photo I.D
.
.
Second simple step: Call 📱Us!!
- This step is simple and easy. What to expect:
1. Us finding out what YOU are looking for and answer any questions you may have in order to help you feel comfortable and confident in YOUR decision
.
So give us call or DM and we would like the opportunity to help you find the home of your dreams 💭 🚀

Nothing like living in the moment. This year has been filled with beach days that just never end. Something we have been wanting to do. Keep living in the moment and keep running wild. This year is almost over and to be honest the things we set out to do we did not do except the one most important goal which was living in the moment and making each day filled with memories. We still have dreams and things we want to accomplish in our work life but being here is what our children will remember most. Not the home sales not the fancy things money buys, but the moments of both parents playing in the sand and jumping in the ocean with them. Keep living life! Run wild!!! 🦁

Market update: If you have only been following the news 🗞 you may here that with what is going on in the world today that experts are suggesting a market crash with the way inflation is going, but what we are seeing is the trend of a upward 📈 market. More and more buyers are out there looking to buy and with the millennials hitting the market hard it’s marking the price of homes and rent move higher. We are now seeing the Feds raising interest rates a quarter at a time. So what does all this mean for you the seller, this means you are getting top dollar 💵 for your home right now, which is great news 🗞 and if you are a buyer now is the time to act to lock in a home purchase at a lower rate. If you find yourself wondering what would be the best option for you then give us a call 📱 we would love to help you navigate 🧭 during this time. No pressure just results 📊

Are you wondering 💭 how the market is doing? Or maybe wondering what’s going to happen? Well if that’s a question 🙋🏼‍♂️ we don’t have a magic 🪄 ball but! We can tell you what’s currently happening in the market now. Home prices are holding value still. Homes are not selling way over appraisal value and in some areas homes are sitting on the market longer then expected. For some local markets homes are selling for more then asking price and are going fast. Truly it depends on how well the condition of the home is and how well the listing agent has priced the home. If you are thinking of buying or selling and are wondering if now would be a great time the answer will be YES! If you want to know why then send us a DM and we would love to chat with you! 🙋🏼‍♂️📱 let’s make this your best year!!!
