Moving through the illusion of time and the feeling of my heart, not any longer my mind 💗 @alchemyrewire put me on a profound journey of self-discovery, by meeting my shadows and deepest fears, every time I am holding my breath and surrendering to anxiety and fear. At the end all that is left is gratitude for the deep transformation that I am feeling in my body. Starting to remember that I already know…

Alchemy Rewire Ibiza 2026 ❤️‍🔥🌬️🧠

A week of learning, feeling, healing, and discovering the incredible connection between breath, brain, body, and nervous system.

Understanding how our breathing influences our nervous system, how we can build CO₂ tolerance, develop greater awareness of our internal state, and learn to navigate between activation and regulation with more consciousness. 🌬️🌀

Breathwork is more than breathing. It is a practice of listening to the body, exploring our inner landscape, and learning how to work with our physiology rather than against it.

From neuroscience and Alchemy Coherence Rewire Breathwork to primal movement, fascia release, bodywork, sauna, ice, healing, and the nourishment of incredible food — every experience offered another piece of the puzzle. 🔥❄️🌿

And the magic of our final journey, carried by the incredible live-loop music of Janax Pacha 🎶✨ — a reminder of how deeply sound, rhythm, breath, and movement can connect us.

Deeply grateful to our teachers, the whole team, and every beautiful soul who shared this journey with me. ❤️🙏

Now the real work continues: bringing this knowledge into daily practice, deepening my own understanding, and growing as a teacher so I can share these tools with others.

Learn. Practise. Feel. Regulate. Rewire.

The breath is always here. And the journey continues. ❤️‍🔥🌬️✨

First experience with @alchemyrewire ✨🌿

Yesterday, we experienced a powerful journey combining breathing techniques with my organic live looping — chants, flutes, percussion, and synthesizers merging with the Alchemy Rewire method.

A full ritual. A journey on so many levels. 🌀

The technique developed by @rodho_escalante hrough @alchemyrewire is truly powerful — a reset and toning of the nervous system, helping restore balance and cultivate a more sustainable state of coherence, awareness, and self-knowledge.

What if connection could feel like this?

Like arriving somewhere and not needing to become a different version of yourself.

Like laughter that catches you off guard.
Like a conversation that moves beneath the surface.
Like being met in your awkwardness, your tenderness, your joy.
Like discovering that vulnerability doesn't have to mean losing your FREEDOM.

What if connection could hold both the depth & the play?

The intimate & the expansive.
The moments of stillness, & the ones where you laugh until your whole body joins in.

At CONNECT. we're imagining a space where these things can COEXIST🤍

A BRAVE, conscious playground where we explore what it means to be human together.
Where connection isn't just something we talk about, but something we practice.
In how we MEET, listen, express, touch, PLAY, & RESPECT one another.

Not a place where everyone has to feel the same.
Not a promise that every moment will be comfortable.
But an invitation to meet ourselves & each other with more CURIOUSITY, honesty, & PRESENCE.

A place where you don't have to perform being okay.
Where you can arrive as you are.
Where we wish you to lead from where you’re at.
Where something unexpected might open.

This is the FEELING we're dreaming into Connect.

Perhaps, the question isn't only who will you meet?

But who might you become when you feel free to truly be here, in CONTACT?

🌿 Connect Festival
A conscious, brave playground to deepen into intimacy.
