We’re back…..and here’s why!

30 Days. 150K. One Incredible Cause. ❤️

After taking 35 days away from social media for my own mental health, I’m back, and I’m coming back with a challenge that means a lot to me.

A couple of weeks ago, I was supposed to be taking on the Chester Marathon. I had a charity place, and I was really looking forward to the challenge of completing it and raising money for Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.

Unfortunately, due to injury and a lack of training, I made the difficult decision to pull out of the marathon.

It was disappointing, especially knowing I had a charity place and an opportunity to raise money for such an incredible cause. But rather than let that opportunity go to waste, I’ve decided to do something different.

Starting Monday 26th October, I’m taking on 30 days of running 5K every single day.

That’s 150 kilometres in 30 days, all in the hope of raising money for Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.

Some days will be on the roads, some on the treadmill, some at the track, and some will involve different challenges to make things a little more interesting.

I’m going to make the challenge fun, share the journey, involve friends and hopefully give everyone following along something to smile about.

But ultimately, this is about much more than running.

It’s about turning a disappointment into something positive, pushing myself to do something meaningful and raising money for a hospital that does incredible work caring for children and their families.

30 days, 150km, 1 incredible cause!

Let’s do this!!!

🎉 We are delighted to open applications for Cohort 11 of the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme!

For over a decade, the CEP has provided NHS staff, both clinical and non-clinical, with the opportunities, connections and support to explore entrepreneurial thinking and tackle challenges facing the healthcare system.

Today, our award-winning workforce development programme is proud to bring together a thriving community of over 1,800 entrepreneurs and innovators, alongside industry-leading partners, patient representatives and dedicated mentors, all committed to helping shape the future of healthcare.

The impact of this community can be seen across the NHS and beyond. Together, the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme and its community have:
🧑‍⚕️ Grown to include over 1,800 entrepreneurs in the last 10 years
🩺 Helped 448 clinicians remain in or return to the NHS
🚀 Created 691 startups tackling real healthcare challenges
💼 Generated 5,184 jobs across the UK economy
💷 Raised over £1.2 billion in investment

These achievements reflect the creativity, passion and dedication of NHS staff who are finding new ways to improve patient care, support colleagues and strengthen healthcare services.

We also understand that not everyone sees themselves as an entrepreneur, and that's okay. Some join the programme with a startup, while others join with an idea they want to explore. Whatever stage you're at, if you've spotted a challenge, have a creative idea, or believe there's a better way of doing something, we'd encourage you to apply.

Our community is made up of participants from a wide range of backgrounds, professions and experiences. What they have in common is a desire to solve problems, improve services and make a positive impact.

📅 Applications close 20th November 2026 at 4pm!

Looking back at pictures and videos and it’s crazy to think this was Charlie just 3 months ago. It’s amazing how much he’s overcome in such a short time. Our heart hero ❤️

What a fun pyjama week we had for @alderhey_inspired alongside their collab with @shopmatalan. ✨With 100% profits from pyjama sales going to @alderhey and babies being sponsored to wear their pyjamas and take part in our Sleep Tight session 🌙 💤

A huge thank you to all our amazing families who came together and make it a successful fundraiser. So far we have raised £541 on top of lots of pyjama sales! 👏💛

Hi Guys,

I will be performing at the Arts Bar Baltic in Liverpool this Sunday for a special charity event organised by @pauledrums raising money for Alder Hey Childrens Hospital.

I'll will be kicking off the night at 19:30 and will be followed by some of the best musical talent from the UK Drum show community like @loladrums 🥁👌

Alder Hey is such an amazing charity and make such a difference to so many people's lives. I have seen first-hand performing across the UK this year how music can unite people, bring communities together, and spread positivity and hope. And I have been absolutely amazed with how generous people have been and how much we have managed to raise for Alder Hey in the last 6 months! ❤️

If you are in Liverpool on Sunday and you would like to come along to support this amazing charity and experience an evening of great music, I look forward to seeing you there!

Much love,
Taylor.

Yesterday, we visited Alder Hey Children's Hospital to officially hand over a £6,608 donation raised from our recent charity run! 🏃‍♂️💙

Alder Hey Children’s Hospital provides world-class care to children and vital support to families during the hardest moments imaginable. Their work saves lives and brings hope when families need it most.

During our visit, we were kindly taken on a tour around the hospital. One of the absolute highlights was seeing their incredible in-house cinema space which is a wonderful room designed to bring comfort, normality, and joy to young patients receiving care.

A massive thank you to everyone who supported, donated, and ran to help us reach this total and for helping us change young lives ❤️

A little autumn creativity at @alderhey 🌸

This evening we hosted a floral pumpkin arrangement workshop as part of Alder Hey Children’s Hospital’s staff wellbeing programme.

A wonderful opportunity for staff to take some time for themselves, get creative and enjoy a little mindfulness together. Just look at their beautiful creations! 😍

A huge thank you to @johnlewis_liverpool for generously donating the gorgeous flowers from their previous displays, allowing us to give them a new lease of life! ♻️💐

Creativity, wellbeing and sustainability all rolled into one lovely evening! 💕

As you know, I’m running the 2027 @londonmarathon to raise money for @alderhey_inspired, and I’m doing everything I can to raise as much as possible for this incredible charity 🩵
I am raffling off a @sephorauk advent calendar (rrp £235 - with 24 full size products worth £1007)

£20 for a strip of 5 tickets.

Every ticket helps me get closer to my fundraising goal and support the amazing work Alder Hey does for children and their families 🩵

If you can’t enter, even a share would mean the world to me. Thank you so much for supporting me on this journey, it genuinely means more than you know! 🫶🩵
